Now, many people live very tired and unhappy lives. But as long as people live in this world, there are many troubles. Pain or pleasure, depends on your heart.

Some people say that happiness comes from comparison, but comparison can also bring pain. If we can face life with the attitude of "race with ourselves, don't compare with others", we will be much more relaxed, and it will be easier to find the entrance to happiness.

Life is your own, life is your own, don't waste too much time comparing with others. Everyone has something to admire and something that they feel sorry for in their hearts. No one can get everything right.

The highest state of life is freedom, and many people want to live as they wish. When we are happy, we feel like the center of the world, but when we are in pain, we can easily begin to doubt the world, what we have held on to, and life itself.

Life is nothing and can be everything. The key is people, if life is like a cup of boiled water, some people put honey in it, some people put tea, juice, salt...even poison. What you put in the cup is your right, and what you taste is the result of your choice. Don't blame others, there is no injustice in the world, only injustice. Treat the water cup of life well, keep it clean, and your heart will naturally calm.

When pain falls into the glass of life like dust, we can choose to calm our minds and slowly settle those pains. It is also possible to keep stirring and delusional dissolving the grains of dust. Of course, pain will fill our lives. No one's life is always full of happiness, there is always some pain that will torment our hearts. There are many annoying things in life, some of which are harder to forget the more you want to forget them, so just remember them. Just like this feeling of a glass of water in life, if you shake yourself in disgust, it will make the whole glass of water unsettled and cloudy. What a stupid behavior. And if you are willing to let them settle down slowly and quietly, and accommodate them with a broad mind, your mind will not be polluted, but will be more pure.

Ask yourself in your spare time: What kind of water am I going to make?

The water in the world is clear, turbid, and even more dirty. What kind of water should we make?

Maybe there is no one person in this world who can confidently say that he is a glass of clean water. What kind of morality can be regarded as "clean"? Pure and flawless, the kind that is spotless! Everyone's selfishness makes it impossible for him to be pure and flawless. And the world we live in is originally made of dust, and it must be painful and difficult to keep it clean. Trying to keep making a glass of water all the time is naive. No one's life can lose touch with the world outside oneself, so no one can make a glass of clear water. Those hermits who have escaped to the world, or monks who think they have cut off the world, just want to filter a glass of turbid water to make themselves less turbid or more turbid.

Making a glass of dirty water isn't easy either. Because the eyes of the world have determined that there is a good or bad standard between clean water and dirty water, dirty water is beyond reproach "bad". No matter how much clean water is added to the dirty water, it cannot be turned into clean water.

I think what we have to work hard to do is a glass of water that is not very clear, tolerate some deficiencies, some shortcomings, and many things that cannot be done, but we have not become hopelessly dirty, and where we fall will only Make it dirty there. Making a cup of water that is not very clear, and seeing the water in other cups, whether it is clear or turbid, will give us more tolerance, and a tolerant heart will make us feel the beauty of life and find the meaning of life.
