Menopause, Music, and the Long Road Back. Content Warning.
This is a written manuscript about parts of my life that many people don’t know my real connection to the music and film industry. It’s a grounding story, a reminder that I truly worked and lived inside that world, and that this is where my videos, music, and art come from. It is mine, copyrighted. It isn’t just about me, but about everyone who has lived through the ups and downs of their own industry. Now, at 76, I’ve decided to write my memoirs not to show off, but to tell the stories of adventures, mistakes, choices, and Menopause, Music, and the Long Road Back.

The Move the Universe Chose
I have not moved yet, but the universe is directing me and Sweetie Bird to a another place by ourselves, less expensive. I have faith this will happen by November. Clashes, different frequencies, and my empath abilities and my art are mine. My roommate now hates my music, my art, and my writings.

Everyone Lied
THE PERFORMANCE WE ALL AGREED TO GIVE 🎭 The most widespread and least discussed social contract operating among human beings is the agreement to perform versions of ourselves that are more functional, more certain, more together, and more consistently okay than the actual internal experience any of us is having at any given moment. We walk into offices and parties and family dinners and first dates and parent-teacher conferences and holiday gatherings performing a character who has their life arranged in some reasonable approximation of order, and everyone else in the room is performing the same character, and we have all collectively agreed not to notice that we are in a room full of performers, and this agreement is so thorough and so old and so structurally embedded in the way social interaction operates that most people have been in it so long they cannot always distinguish the performance from the self 😤

Alexander the Great Died With His Hands Open!
I heard this story years ago, and it has stayed with me ever since. This was not because of the man himself. History has already chosen what to remember about Alexander the Great, but it’s what he reportedly asked for as everything else was fading that stayed with me.

Think organic coffee
I'm mugging for the camera, grasping for a shot of caffeine or inspiration. It's been one of those days. Not a single student showed up in my adult ed classroom. Oops. No, I have to take that back. With thirty minutes to go before my departure, one man who isn't even my student stopped by. He asked if he could send me a document to print for him. Why not? At least it's a student interaction to this long-ahs-ed day. Oh, Grammarly, leave me alone.

My Dog Plays the Piano
We have arrived. It has come. We have entered an era of non-reality, reality. We cannot trust anything we see. Not anymore. AI has made everything fake. My dog can play the piano; my cat can paint; my husband is a Greek god married to a perfectly asymmetrical, unflawed goddess. Don’t believe me? I have proof. Here is live footage.

Roman Reigns: The Quiet Fight Behind Wrestling’s Biggest Star
There are moments in life when strength is not loud. It doesn’t shout or demand attention. It stays steady, even when everything feels uncertain. Roman Reigns is often seen as one of the most dominant figures in professional wrestling. The image is clear. Confidence, power, control. But behind that image is a story that feels far more human than people expect. It is about pressure, doubt, illness, and the slow process of becoming comfortable in your own skin. Many people search for Roman Reigns to understand the wrestler. What they often find instead is a person who kept going, even when stepping away might have been easier.
