He Doesn’t REALLY Want the Perfect Woman
How much time do you spend trying to be the kind of woman you think men want? If you’re like most women, it’s a LOT. You spend all this time making yourself look sexy and attractive. You spend all this time showing him just how good you’d be for him… How amazing his future would be if he chose you as the woman by his side… And it doesn’t work. It never works. WHY? Why do you work so hard…

The Loneliest Year: Part Nine
November 2020 I looked into The Gene Keys, and I was blown away, because it helped me recognize the shadow frequencies where my pain was coming from. I also continued my hypnotherapy sessions with Rachel, and gradually, I stopped waking up in incredible pain.

Blind Date
The deep red liquid swirled around the glass as I nervously sat watching pedestrians walk by outside of the rain flecked windows. The restaurant picked was expensive and somewhere I would have only dreamed of going before. Merlot seemed a safe pick for the evening as I felt it went with everything and I had no idea what was served here. I came early, being the anxious, over-prepared type, thinking that I could get an idea of what to order ahead of time. That idea was quickly flushed as they preferred to only present me with the drink menu until my date arrived.

Third Time Is A Charm?
It has been 16 years since my husband died. I haven’t dated because our son needed me more, plus I felt so broken that I didn’t think anyone deserved to deal with my hot mess. Then, I got so used to being alone that I had no idea how to flirt or sadly, even recognize when someone was flirting with me. Even worse, what is this thing called dating people talk about?

Why "nice" is irrelevant
(Trigger warning: sexual assault) Petra's out with friends. Sarah spots her work friend Tom who's out with his mates. Suddenly Petra's friends and his friends are all hanging out. For at least an hour Frank's been questioning Petra about her interests and experiences. He's been polite, he insisted on buying her a drink, he apologised for being forward before telling her she's so attractive. As he gets more drunk he reveals that he's damaged from a crazy ex who broke up with him, but that he's over her now. Whenever she states her opinion he says something to the effect of "Yeah, you're so right". As everyone starts to get tired and go home, and Frank inevitably asks her if she wants to stay with him, a knot in her chest warns her to decline.

Mischka and Merlot
Even after a couple of months of inane online chit-chat, Bill was surprised when she agreed to meet him. Her pics were of a modest and studious-looking young woman for the most part, although she definitely had the fashion sense to wear clothes that did justice to her figure. Asian girls, though, were relatively rare, almost as bad as redheads, at least where he lived. It had always been a wistful dream of his, to bed one or the other; Bill was too much of a realist to even fantasize about both.
