Beyond Codependency: The Art of Loving with Complete Emotional Sovereignty
Entering adulthood, one of the most important principles is abandoning the victim mentality, taking full responsibility for one's experiences, and learning to love and accept oneself. The same applies to intimate relationships; the most fundamental mindset is taking responsibility for one's own emotions and feelings. When you understand yourself, love yourself, and give yourself freedom, you mature. Then you will understand others, love others, and give them freedom.

Illumination, Not Control
Without Inner Light, Don't Rush to Save Others The people who can truly help others are not necessarily those who offer the best advice, but those who have already walked through darkness and ignited their inner light.

The Biggest Threat to Humans… Is Humans
The Biggest Threat to Humans… Is Humans Intro Humanity has spent decades fearing the wrong things. We point at machines, algorithms, and screens as if they’re the danger, while ignoring the truth standing right in front of us. This story isn’t about technology. A Whole Lot of BS: Part 3
Cell phones: we all have them. They're useful for keeping in touch with friends, family, watching videos, and checking our social media pages. The first cell phone I had was a flip phone at the age of 17. My fellow millennials remember flip phones. Two decades later, I'm laughing at these schools in a plethora of states that have enacted cell phone bans. In many schools, students are required to place their cell phones in a case or lock them away until the end of the day. Supporters of such bans claim that they will help children focus more in the classroom, which I agree with, while opponents say that it doesn't address the root of the problem. School officials and lawmakers claim that these cell phone bans were all about "keeping children safe." Safe? From what and from who? The mental health aspect connected to cell phone bans is something that needs to address and taken very seriously. Parents have complained that social media apps have affected their children's mental health. When I received my very first cell phone, social media didn't exist yet. It's so easy to blame social media companies because of the apps that their children decide to use. However, I'm a huge advocate of people taking personal responsibility for their own actions. Parents need to monitor and manage their children's social media usage instead of them pointing fingers at the wrong people. As parents, your kids are your responsibility. Be actual parents to them, because social media apps like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok aren't your kid's babysitters. I know parenting is a difficult job, and you can't be everywhere at once, but I stand firm with my stance.

The Architecture of Inner Upgrades
It's not about comforting you, but about rebuilding your language, structure, abilities, and internal destiny model. In the age of artificial intelligence, the truly important growth path is no longer simply learning knowledge, but learning how to compress language, experience, problems, and life into a new structure—further generating abstract capabilities, cross-disciplinary skills, and wisdom.

Money Hungry
Money hungry but not enough money to go around. We live in a time where everything is accessible at our fingertips. We have a lot of recourse in the palm of our hand. So, with that said then why is the average person one pay cheque away from being homeless?
