Guo Xiangbo's two Taobao stores, one selling local products from Northeast China and the other selling small food imported from South Korea. "During holidays, flowers are a good choice for children to pass on their missing to their families or long-distance couples to express their love," he said. Guo is happy to join forces with Zhang Jiaqi.

"If you want to make money, you have to work hard. Whatever you can do, you don't need others." Zhang Jiaqi said that at the beginning of the shop, he and Guo Xiangbo were the two people to do the purchase, packaging, and delivery.

At first, when a customer placed an order online, Zhang would go to a flower shop near his school to buy a bunch of flowers and take a bus to the customer. For example, he would record the greeting words on the card that the customer asked to make, and on the next day, whether the customer ordered flowers or not, he would send a message to the recipient of the flowers at that time. To attract regular customers, Zhangjiaqi has also developed a set of VIP preferential policies, which means that the more cumulative consumption, the greater the discount. Currently, 50 percent of customers are repeat customers.

With the marketing method of reducing costs and paying attention to details, the shop earned more than 200,000 yuan in the first year of operation.

With more and more orders, Zhang Jiaqi and Guo Boxing are no longer satisfied with just doing the Changchun market. They want to expand the "take your order online, place your order with a florist and have it delivered" model nationwide.

To expand the market, we must ensure that florists in other cities can provide distribution services. Zhang Jiaqi and Guo Xiangbo began visiting brick-and-mortar flower shops across the country to talk about cooperation. They provide customers and packaging styles, while brick-and-mortar florists provide flowers and delivery.

Zhang Jiaqi's train of thought is the main attack on two or three-tier cities. He learned that first-tier cities, especially developed cities in the south, are saturated with flower delivery. Second - and third-tier cities have fewer customers but less competitive pressure. In this way, flower shops that need cooperation must be found in second - and third-tier cities.

Having settled on his idea, Zhangjiaqi began his breakthrough in Jilin, a city near Changchun. He asked his classmates in Jilin City to help him find out which local flower shops were large, and then he went to talk about cooperation with them. "It was very difficult at first, many traditional flower shops did not understand the online shop, after many times of communication and negotiation, finally a local flower shop in Jilin City agreed to cooperate." After this, Zhangjiaqi continued to talk about the cooperation of flower shops in Tonghua, Liaoyuan, Baishan, Yanji, and other parts of Jilin Province. Today, True Love Flowers has partnerships with more than 4,200 brick-and-mortar florists in more than 300 cities across the country, and many of them come to us voluntarily.

According to the sales and comprehensive ranking in Taobao search flower delivery, love flowers ranked the first few. Since the beginning of this year, sales of Beloved flowers have exceeded 4 million yuan.

Now, Love flowers are no longer just Zhang Jiaqi and Guo Boxing, but the formation of a team of 20 people, more tache division of labor. Recently, the team has been busy designing the location of the Tmall store.
