Today people are including or want to do meditation in their daily life as a basic necessity of life. Due to its benefits, not only Indians but other countries of the world are also including it in their daily routine.

The time spent will go aimlessly.

* After the end of the meditation, do not do any work with enthusiasm for at least fifteen minutes.

Meditation is basically a time of relaxation, so it should be done completely according to your comfort. That's why you choose such a time to do all the meditation that you are doing now and after meditation, that you will not have any distraction and you will be completely free to relax and enjoy.
