Letters to Myself

To start just know that no one else is you so don't base your life off someone else's results.

A wise man once told me "Your childhood isn't any different than anyone else's, everyone sees their childhood as being the worst... The trick is to learn as fast and as much from those situations as possible and train your mind."

So I'll break this book down into core traits:

Index:

Struggle: Childhood

Will: Subconsious Shocks

Mental Fortitude:

Self Care

Resistance

Paying it forward

Acceptance

Stupid plateaus

Thriving

Struggle

Childhood is the only true motivation and inspiration of Longhorn horror and values. The values of the subconscious will be called upon with the concordat come into contact with their new god reality. Without sutúrele one Can and will see the result into adulthood.

Struggle ID necessary for long term belt systems in one’s own ability to not solve problems alone but what Troy open mind sees as an actual problem; meaning all the smaller issues become scaled. Simply put, mole hills to mountains.

The mental fortitude will be shown when molehills are met with no mountains in the background. Mole hills and their bites are down when someone voices their thoughts and feelings to someone whom they are close to; safe places people have established during childhood. A person or place of say shouldn’t be met with anger during mole hill arguments. The response to being made uncomfortable, learned and sprouted behaviors, fly during the occurrence people who had felt a sense of understanding during childhood Will Arthur to be understood instead of winning the altercation. Childhood also gives the individual an idea of an environment out physical sensation that’s safe. The proposed environment I’d crucial, for this is what will determine their subconscious action when they come into conflict and what action they will take.

Your childhood is what information that’ll make up that 80% of out consciousness in charge of everything we don’t control with that 20% that is considered conciseness. That 20% is what we know to be us and what we learn from our environment and encounters. In that 80%, isn’t only the Control mechanisms for our hearts and other in voluntary motor functions. The idea of me is also stored here. Our hobbies become our habits; become lifestyle; and lifestyle becomes actions. Which one recognizes that the adult consciousness is ultimately responsible for, how we see ourselves and also what is in control of what we put out to be perceived by others. One would see and try to fit and ultimately would lead to more psychological long-term harm in society than one what initially assumed. Also with the adult consciousness ultimately responsible for how we see ourselves it is also responsible for how we think about everything around us, and that thought is only really affected by our subconscious. That 20% is more Subjected to the stimulants and depressants Introduced into the body than the 80%. The only thing that makes it to the subconscious from the conscious environment are things that hit the calluses called “shocked nerves” deriving from childhood. Not saying childhood will make it break you, but it’s is the first obstacle to overcome in this journey we all call life. From those years we learn, become knowledgeable and execute what we know in pursuit of becoming wise, thus allowing us to feel secure enough to feel accomplished in our twenties and excited for our thirties.

During childhood when someone undergoes struggle with no assistance and often having problems that need to get solved. The way we think; even down to the sequence of the formation of thoughts change. Having to think about one self completely solo on this big earth is often terrifying. But even more so quite unthinkable due to living in a with the knowledge of having family. Many won’t ever think about it there is security there.

Imagine with all that past pains they all randomly disappeared, and just like COVID you were told to accept it or get a shot to join them. The majority of us with or without would eventually be alone. We would be without anyone in total. That’s for being the oldest and her older child would bring an advantage for the development of one’s psyche. You can see yourself alone and some sort, because you’ve been alone in some form. Being alone or even having the feeling of being alone will bring a sense of what being alone is like in the future this may be beneficial to one psyche and also consequentially negative to ones psyche. Negative in the sense of that individual not being able to except the past reality WANTS another sibling is introduced. Rejecting the newfound reality ultimately can lead that individual to being depressed. But wants one can see them selves being a loan they were fine there a sub conscience self. And that’s where many of us lack instruction. This book was developed all of me executing these tactics to allow myself a greater shot at making it in society The swapping my mindset from surviving to thriving. One of the issues base of one’s childhood and how much they themselves told them selves they could or could not will show on lookers if their individual is more susceptible to depression or anxiety. The issue of saying I can’t, and I know who I am, Without truly spending time alone will not have the same consequence. Mechanically put saying I know who I am, I can and or can’t, would’ve could’ve should’ve etc. allows the subconscious a safe place for itself to remain relatively unaffected and inhibited by that of the conscience world. Always being in comfort mechanically put will help them mine 100% of consciousness resist the idea of change those the idea of change will fade. Because it’s of that point the worst reality will have made it self known and one would ultimately see themselves as proof that life goes on and in their face you’ll see discomfort. By acknowledging that one’s self is ever evolving and changing and the same affects of life goes on etc. you will see a sense of comfort in their eyes; what’s real and all three ways; mind, body and soul; will say that change has became more than he thought and a habit but it will have rude it’s self into the individuals lifestyle making the fear of struggle obsolete as well as a fear of moving forward and excepting their life. It’s at acceptance that the individual will find true peace and allow themselves to grow beyond the introductory chapter of their story called childhood allowing them to go beyond into the chapter known as bachelorhood.

if one has never been in such situations it I’d tone to seek discomfort; for get it the only way to become distinguished amongst your peers and others. Only on these situations would your true colors show.

“To be accepted, often means you are just as blind as your teachers, seek higher knowledge”

Alex Steele-

Now where does childhood come into play with one’s childhood. In most cases everyone learns the same values wether directly or passively. Obviously you can’t go back in the past to see first hand througha third person perspective and learn or change the outcome of events to redirect new teams that derives from the first initial calluses. Reasons, teams can be just as good as bad. But go back in the past and focus only on the bad ones for those socks have more space in the subconscious, it’s from those that the sub will grab and learn from too delicate energies for the body when there is a sensory overload that causes new shock. The successful response of the past will become the default for future shocking events.

Generally one will never have…..
