This article is about you, about dreams, smiles, past loves or those that just appear on the horizon, about the wounds of the soul you carry in the world, about the choices you make every minute, about the beauty and emptiness of the soul.

There are times when we feel that the whole world is collapsing on us and the closest people are cutting off our wings with which we used to fly so high and enjoy life.

When the wounds of the soul prevent us from being ourselves and we do not know where to go when tomorrow no longer brings us the joy of a new beginning but the disappointment of the tiring confrontation with our thoughts of guilt - it's time to end it!

We believe that love is invincible and we forget something essential for its survival: not all emotional relationships are suitable for our emotional well-being. Like it or not, some ways to love are unbearable and tiring. Learn what they are, how you can heal emotionally, and how you can have a relationship based on authentic communication.

It is said that two birds with broken wings cannot fly together. Before entering into a relationship you first need to heal your emotional wounds or realize where and what hurts you.

It's hard… I know, it's so hard that we often prefer to put our lives on autopilot, to sit in endless queues in supermarkets with baskets full of repressed feelings and frustrations hidden in chocolate bars. Because it's easier than ever to say what bothers us.

The search for unconditional love in a world of conditions may seem doomed to failure. But the end of suffering only comes when we decide that we have suffered enough - neither sooner nor later.

Until then, you will use every person you meet as a mirror to come and show you something about what you think about yourself. Do not try to find the perfect form of things: the perfect partner, the ideal service, the perfect relationship - the world does not offer perfection but only the possibility to evolve or change the way you allow yourself to manifest.

Until you understand that everyone is good, it will be hard for you to see the goodness in you. And the experience of unconditional love begins in your heart, not in someone else's because all preconceived judgments and ideas are a simple nonsensical attack on someone whose goodness you may simply not see yet. Trying to find love outside of yourself can fail precisely because you cannot receive from someone else something that you did not give yourself in the first place.

Sometimes we get into relationships to run away from something or to try to find something that would help us become complete. But a man who shows interest and takes the initiative but then withdraws, a sign that he could get what he wants, is another way of saying that he is not yet ready for that relationship.

Don't try to explain to him what he obviously can't understand, don't try to attract him by manipulation or seduction, don't try to validate your femininity, and show your availability once more. Perhaps it is enough to take responsibility for the habit of lending your heart to the emotionally unavailable and to seek within yourself the power to forgive.

Sometimes we forget that a train that does not stop at our station means that it is simply not the right train. We can choose to stop him by clinging intensely to an illusion or to watch him leave, knowing that somewhere, what is ours is set aside. And don't forget that "Your happiness depends on the quality of your thoughts."
