Paul was a man of many intriguing qualities, both physically and intellectually. His all too imposing figure had him towering over seven feet tall, this was the most obvious thing about Paul.

His feet were quite large, so was his frame considering his height. He stood well over seven feet with a heavy set figure. I always stared at his hands, they were gigantic, His voice, with its deep baritone effect, resonated powerfully in any conversation, capturing the attention of those who had the privilege to hear him speak. He always moved slowly, precisely and very intently, this quality of his, ensured me that he was a man who always thought before he acted. He also had a marvelous way of choosing his words. He would never irritate. He didn't speak unless spoken to. He was meek yet strong in his meekness. He wore a brown aviator style pair of glasses with thick lenses and would often take them off to wipe them clear because the steam from his nostrils sometimes fogged up his vision.

Paul was incredibly smart, he had been so since a little child. He had a knack for mathematics so much so that He was able to comprehend high school math before he was in high school. He however hated the idea of school and quit school altogether by the time he was fourteen. Paul's dislike of traditional education stemmed from his difficult upbringing, marked by an alcoholic father and an absent mother who had escaped the abusive relationship by the time he was only nine. This left deep scars that he rarely spoke of. The pain and trauma he had experienced as a child could be heard in the soreness of his voice when he did open up about his past.

He was shy and were well mannered. He dressed beautifully, his clothes were always crisp, spotless and well tailored. He loved dark colored suits and white shirts. He always wore leather shoes and smelled absolutely heavenly. He had many talents, he could sing, he could cook and according to one lady in his neighborhood, Paul was one hell of a dancer. When he was working Paul would often cover his ears with a pair of Bose headphones, to quiet the noise around him. This allowed him to get in the zone as he would call it. Paul had taught himself how to code, and through that process got himself a very high paying job with a reputable tech firm. He worked on things I couldn't explain because I never understood, however it was evident to me he loved every bit of his job.

He ate nothing but fruits and vegetables all day. He called himself a "wabbit" imitating the voice of a cartoon character he watched on tv when he was younger. He was prompt with his time and very diligent with his action. He was extremely honest, I witnessed him do things I would never do because to me they were jeopardizing. When I asked, "Why did you do that?" He would shrug and say " Its he good thing to do"

Things like that made me fall in love with the character of the man. He didn't try to please anyone but himself. His internal dialog was always one I was dying to listen to.

Paul had a very hairy body, His had and face were always hairy. In fact we went to the beach with all our coworkers and we were all dumbfounded to see that Paul had a hairy back, the ladies at the job just loved him.

He stayed to himself. He was on monk mode as he described. Was he Happy?

I could never tell, however I do know that whatever was going on with him he seemed content to be who he was, where he was and had a firm idea of where he was going.
