If you're anything like me, you've been crashing for the past few weeks. Alright, honey, it's time for me to clear my system of everything and take a little break. I love to use this juice for that because it's delicious and easy to make, so let's get started. The fruits I'm using today are pineapple, cucumber, and green apple.I understand that some of you are thinking, "But aren't cucumbers vegetables?" Well, strictly speaking, they are fruits since they contain seeds inside. I also have a ginger root, and I'll be utilizing a few more items in this write up I'm going to write later.

To thoroughly clean the outside of this fruit. While going organic is preferable, fruits and vegetables still receive some pesticide treatment. Because I'll be using the peel in this juice, I'll spray the outside with a homemade spray that contains a teaspoon or two of Broner Salad and some water, and I'll scrub them very hard. The combination of the spray and the salsas will remove as much dirt and pesticides as possible.

We can't get everything, but we can do the best we can, so let's get started. I'm going to start by preparing the pineapple by cutting off the top and tail, then peeling the skin. I'm going to cut pretty deeply because I don't want any little eyes, and I'm also going to cut out the middle because it's a very hard core. After that, I'm going to take the pineapple pills and the pineapple core, and I'm going to put them in a pot with just enough water to cover or equal the number of pineapple pills I have, you do not want to get excessive with this because I actually want this water to boil down

However, I'll be using this pineapple-flavored water to aid in the blending of the juice. I'll let it boil on high for approximately ten minutes before turning it off. Meanwhile, I'll be preparing the remaining fruits. I've finished chopping the pineapple, and I'll move on to the cucumber, which I won't be peeling because it contains a lot of water and is excellent for weight loss.

This fruit which is extremely healthy, full of fiber, wonderful for decreasing blood sugar, and t's also refreshing. Then I will choose to use a green apple with the peel on. You might be wondering if you could use a different colored apple, and the answer is yes, but since Granny Smith apples have less sugar, that's what I used. If you choose a red apple with the skin on, the juice's color may change; this won't affect the flavor, but it might start to look a little murky. Though not the cutest, Brown. but you know what you may not care about that okay for the ginger you can either peel the ginger or not peel the ginger if you want to peel it you can use a spoon to do so.

I'm just going to show you how to do it. Next, I'm going to chop it up into medium-sized chunks. You do this because a whole piece of ginger will be very difficult for your blender or juicer to process. Finally, I'm going to set that aside. At this point, you should notice that the water has reduced on the pineapples.I will now drain this water and let the pineapple-flavored water cool in the refrigerator for ten to fifteen minutes. In addition, I have a lemon here, which I have thoroughly cleaned, and I will roll it to extract any remaining juice. Don't worry, I won't leave anything behind.

And I'm going to squeeze it all over that apple because I don't want any brown apples. I know it's going to be blended, but you know I'm picky about my food. The lemon will also give the juice a lovely brightness, making it so delicious. There are two ways you can make your juice: either you take your whole fruits and put them in a juicer to get a pure juice, so you can tell if you got it that way and you have a juicer, or I don't have a juicer but I know that most of us do have a blender so I'm going to place in about a four of my fruits with about half of the water that pineapple water that is and then I am going to blend this until it is you know well.

Mixed together Now that I have a good amount of liquid in the blender, I will take use of it. I will simply add more fruit to it till it reaches the maximum line, and then I will blend it once more until it is thoroughly blended. You have two choices regarding how to extract the juice from the pulp. If you would prefer to keep the pulp and make a smoothie, that is fine, too; however, if you prefer a juice, that is okay too. To begin with, you can use a strainer to push your juice through. This method may take a little longer and may not allow your pulp to become as dry, but remember, don't let anything stand in your way.

My preferred method is to use a nutmilk bag, which actually came with my blender. I fill it with all the pulp and juice, then squeeze it very hard. This will give you a little finger workout, so go ahead and strengthen your finger muscles, but the advantage of doing it this way is that you can really squeeze out all the goodness, so we're not leaving any nutrients behind and the pop gets fairly dry. if you decide to that you want your juice to be sweeter I suggest adding something like Truvia or Stevia I don't suggest adding honey because that is going to spike your blood sugar to take this juice to the next level

We're going to add some organic apple cider vinegar with the mother, but I won't add it to the entire juice because my family doesn't like that. Instead, I'll add it as I serve it. First, I'll take a tablespoon of apple vinegar, and then I'll add anywhere between eight and twelve ounces of the juice into my glass and after that, since we're not going to stop here, I'm going to add a serving of this complete fiber, which is a 4-in-1 that contains ground-up celium husk, chia seeds, and inulin AA. I take this fiber because it has a slightly sweet taste and mixes in wonderfully with the juice. Adding extra fiber can help manage blood sugar and make you more regular.

Now, let's discuss how to consume this juice. I typically consume about 8 ounces just before breakfast. The fiber and apple cider vinegar will help prevent any insulin spikes before breakfast and will also help me feel full. If you want to have a protein-rich breakfast, now is not the time to indulge in pancakes, waffles, and muffins. We're talking about eggs, maybe paired with a little bit of sautéed spinach and mushrooms, and a single, thin piece of whole wheat bread—a seated bread, perhaps.Let me know if you try this recipe and how much you like it. Alright, you could also have this with a little oatmeal and egg, but I really suggest that you have that protein because it will make you feel full along with the fiber from the juice. All in all, I can tell you that this juice is not hard to drink because it is actually delicious and low in sugar guys.
