You already drink the fifth coffee this morning and you tell yourself how many times: this time I don't get up until I finish the article. But the social networks have caught you in their trap again… you try to "rest" and "distract" yourself a bit. Then, however, you try to be in control of yourself and order yourself "to work, you polenta!".

You've already taken the first step, opened the file… but the leaden eyelids close on their own, you're exhausted and give up, even if it's not even noon. In the evening you return home, you automatically swallow what falls under your hand, without feeling the taste of the food, you fall tired in bed and the middle of the night you try to fall asleep, but due to overwork, the effort is in vain. You need to wake up early in the morning

If we put aside laziness and procrastination (which hide behind the screen of fatigue), it remains nervous exhaustion, which we will further unravel. I deliberately try to avoid the term "chronic fatigue" because recent research has shown that it has genetic causes, and that's another story. We will analyze what we can control.

You're tired - rest

There are three types of fatigue: physical, emotional, and mental fatigue. There is also spiritual fatigue, but we will not analyze it yet.

So, if you sit in the office all day long and talk to people (for example, you are a call center operator), it cannot be said that at the end of the workday you will be less tired than a builder or a porter. Communication requires colossal energy, both emotional and mental. If you have to deal with some misunderstandings, talk to dissatisfied customers, then you need a lot of rest.

At this stage, many things come to light that we should not do: to assume foreign responsibilities and obligations, to dedicate ourselves frantically to work, to do a lot of unnecessary actions during the day. Optimizing, raising awareness, and correcting your life scenario - that's the solution.

Review your resources

So, bottom line is that we're looking forward to it. But do we have enough energy? What and how do you charge your batteries? Are you resting properly? What is your source of strength? The source is everything that inspires us, to bring joy, smiles, happiness, and a good mood.

Analyze and list on paper how many such sources surround you? How often do you use them? Do more often what invigorates you and fills you with energy. You're right, we're all in a time crunch. What we do not do voluntarily, we will be forced to do. Man finds time, desire, and motivation to change his life when he lies in a hospital bed after a heart attack or other extreme situation.

The saddest thing is that he did it with his hand when he did not live his life to the fullest and did not have time to rest. Don't let life pass you by so you don't reach the limit, prophylaxis is the best remedy. Do them all in time and you will have happiness! Always look for new sources of energy and inspiration!

Alternate types of activity

If you have a sedentary lifestyle at the office, and the daily activity makes you mentally and emotionally tired, in this case, the best way to relax is a physical effort.

Sometimes even a simple cleaning with music after work can invigorate you. Of course, only if, at the associative level, cleaning does not amount to an unpleasant occupation, for which you have to prepare yourself morally for a week.

If it doesn't suit you to tidy the house, then take an outdoor walk for at least half an hour. In the worst case, go to the gym for a workout. Why do we consider the gym the worst case? Because there is no fresh, clean air there. Well, not too clean, instead of the natural environment. As they say in the Orient, the air conditioning is devoid of prana, it does not fill us with energy and vital forces during breathing.

Plan your rest

When the man is barely dragging his feet home after a day's work, but he doesn't know in advance how he will rest, then he will not be able to do this: he will lie down and have nightmares all night long. Don't repeat the most common mistake in time management: the first plan what you have to do, then, if you have time, rest a bit. Not.

It's not like that. Ideally, we should rest 4 times a year - at least one week each quarter. We also need to relax during the holidays. Be sure to reserve your time in advance, when you will be able to put work aside. Be sure to plan your rest for the evening hours.

So, we plan to rest every day, week, month, and 3 months in advance.

Fatigue, laziness, procrastination, and many other unpleasant things whisper something to us. We must learn not to ignore them, not to listen to them, to listen to them, to take our heart in our teeth, and to change ourselves voluntarily, so that life does not intervene with forced changes. We don't usually like unexpected interventions…
