Happy only if you are content

The reason why people suffer is that they don't know what they want and have too many desires

It is said that people should be contented and happy.

However, it is easy to say, but it is difficult to operate.

In reality, more people are unfortunate because they do not know what they are doing.

It is not that we do not know that people should be content, but the desire on the head, how to stop.

There is always the illusion that you can be the exception, that you can be happy even if you don't know what you want.

Who does not want to? But who can do it?

1. under desire, in fantasy, one can hardly be happy

The classic character under Maupassant, once used as a synonym for desire, "The Necklace" heroine Mathilde, a woman in trouble for not being satisfied with her current life, aspiring to glory and wealth, and finally being victimized by vanity.

There is no shame in having desires, but it's just that if you can't control them, it's easy to let your life get out of control.

It is like a black hole that cannot be plugged in, no matter how much you get, you do not know how to be satisfied, desperately wanting more, but ignoring the existing happiness, only wanting "more", a lifetime of chasing, a lifetime of unhappiness.

As others have said, "Your current life may not be what you want, but it's definitely what you asked for." Never know what you want, and never be happy.

Mathilde thought that wearing a beautiful dress, wearing an expensive necklace will be able to become the brightest princess at the ball, but unfortunately, the brightness only exists at the ball, back in real life, she is still the same she, an ordinary married woman, will not be because of a moment of brightness and change the fate.

Fantasy is only fantasy, after all, thinking more will not come true, and will only add to the trouble, so you fall into self-loathing, and feel unhappy.

Mathilde, who has a loving husband and a carefree life, is not unhappy, but just doesn't know enough, so she feels unhappy.

A person's happiness or unhappiness is reflected in "contentment".

You can't blame anyone for your own "misfortune".

2. Based on the present moment, pay attention to life and find happiness

In this world, some people are happy even if they are poor, and some people are unhappy even if they are rich.

It's not about whether you have money, but about whether you know what you're doing and whether you can see happiness.

But in fact, the lack of satisfaction with the existing life and the desire to have more money makes people make mistakes again and again, and finally lose the happiness they had.

Fortunately or unfortunately, it may be a matter of a moment.

The wrong path, the wrong choice, is wrong.

Do not know the wrong, do not know enough, only to make things worse.

And the wrong loss, not only the original status but also love people, friends, once the dream, everything in the "do not know enough", "the wrong way" in the disappearance.

I thought I could win, but I did more bad things, sooner or later, I will eat my evil.

It's not a matter of not retaliating, it's just that the time has not yet come.

Even if the final won the dress, but the loss can never come back, can still be happy? I'm afraid that the last thing you have is just a lonely and lonely fall, then rich, but also unhappy.

The fact is that you'll be able to find out that you had been happy.

But, at that time, I could not quietly pay attention to life, only focus on power and profit, ignoring the happiness within reach, and finally lost happiness.

So, let go of your desires and learn to be content to have happiness.
