If you read a lot about happiness then you likely know that there are only two emotions in life: love and fear. Since you cannot experience opposites simultaneously, when you feel happy you cannot possibly feel any kind of fear. The opposite holds true too.

Given that reality, living in a state of happiness is as simple as letting go of fear. Did I say simple? Well, it is simple-as a concept. Stop fear and you know happiness. Ah, but is it easy? Yes and no.

The yes part happens when you make a conscious choice to monitor your thoughts. "Do what? Monitor your thoughts?"you ask. Yes, that is not a simple task since we think 65,000 thoughts each day. You can accomplish that end, though, by noticing how you feel.

Your feelings reflect the kind of thoughts running through your mind. You do not need to know the exact thoughts going on in each moment. All you need to do is pay attention to whether you feel good or you feel bad.

That part is easy, yes? Here is the action step that takes effort on your part: when you find yourself feeling crummy (sad, frustrated, angry, confused, etc. all those emotions the mask fear of not being or having enough) choose a thought that makes you feel good-right then and there in that moment.

If you cannot feel both good and bad in the same moment then it follows that replacing a feel bad thought with a feel good thought will instantly change your mood which in turn will raise your frequency and allow you to continue to feel good.

How does that work? Thoughts are energy. Energy runs at different frequencies. High frequencies feel good and attract other high frequency events and people. Perhaps that explains why happy people have more energy to do the tings they love to do.

You do not need to know what the sad thoughts were. Just change to the feel good ones. Make that a new habit for you. In about 28 days, it will become your permanent way of thinking-turning around bad feelings to good ones.

The synchronistic events you attract will motivate you to continue building this new habit. Watch your life change at the speed of Light.

Happiness blooms naturally in the hearts of those who are inwardly free. It flows spontaneously and blossoms from your inner self. In fact, it is a matter of mindset. It comes by dreaming, thinking, and living it in all situations.

If you do not choose to be happy, no one can make you happy. And if you choose to be happy, no one can make you unhappy. This is the old adage when we concentrate on the bad side, we lose sight of the good. When we concentrate on the good, we attain goodness.

The bliss you discover doesn't need to be something gigantic or excessive. It's not generally a condition of being continually happy, or grinning, or energetic, or merry. Joy can be as basic as being content or being quiet. It's having a generally good attitude and not letting the antagonism take control over your life or how you feel.

At the point when despondency or trouble hits, it's anything but difficult to remain lost in the mists or in obscurity, yet in the event that you need to be glad, you need to search for that silver coating. You can't depend on external variables or others to fulfill you.

Certainly, your loved ones and others in your life can fulfill you, yet they can't be your sole wellspring of bliss. Depending on something you can lose to satisfy you resembles deciding to lose that joy. You should have the option to make your bliss from inside in light of the fact that, toward the day's end, you are the solitary thing in your life that is lasting.

For each negative, that devours your joy, attest two positives that support you." In request to keep up the bliss in your life, you need to open your eyes and see it for yourself - and it's a choice that you need to make. On the off chance that you need to be upbeat, you need to decide to be cheerful, and once you decide to be glad and to cultivate that satisfaction from the inside, the joy from inside will proceed to develop and sprout.

Whenever you surrendered any expectation of being upbeat, cheer up. Never lose trust. Need to be happier? Start by regarding yourself. That may sound undeniable, however, an excessive number of individuals skirt this progression and attempt to satisfy themselves by pursuing ever-more significant standards or holding themselves to ever-more prominent guidelines of flawlessness.

Unexpectedly, regarding yourself will carry you closer to accomplishing those grandiose desires. The more you esteem yourself, particularly grinding away, the more you assemble certainty. Indeed, most joyful individuals make a special effort to treat themselves right and they accomplish something decent for themselves every day. They set proper limits and deal with themselves by denying things when they need to.

When you love yourself, you understand that denying something you would prefer not to do is a thoughtful gesture, and you don't stroll around with pessimistic sentiments toward the individual who requested that you accomplish something you would not like to do. The more you build confidence, the more you have to give to others.

We all want to be happy. However, we often look for happiness in the wrong places or blame bad luck for our misery, but through changing our thoughts and actions, we can all become happier and it starts in ourselves.

Happiness is contagious! In fact, happy people tend to make others happier and vice versa. When we spend time around happy people, more likely we'll also get a boost of happiness.
