Energy Sovereignty: Why Worrying is Not Love
How to stop draining your energy and start shining your light
Don’t worry about others, especially your family.
This isn't indifference; it's awakening. Worrying is the easiest trap we fall into in family relationships. It wears the cloak of love, but secretly, it drains our energy. Today, I want to talk to you about what true love really is.
I. The Essence of Worry is Energy Entanglement
Worrying is not love. Love is freedom, while worrying is binding. From an energy perspective, worrying is the act of tying your energy threads to others.
When you worry about your parents, your children, or your partner, your energy threads are tied to them. With one thread tying you to one person, you may not feel tired. But have you counted how many people you are tied to? Every thread pulls you outward; every thread drains your energy.
This is why those who worry always feel exhausted. It is not physical exhaustion; it is that their energy has been depleted. And what about those you worry about? They are also bound by your energy threads—not free, suffocated, and always wanting to escape. This is energy entanglement. You think you are loving, but you are both draining each other.
II. At the Core of Worry is Fear, Not Love
You can do an experiment. When the thought of worry arises, stop and ask yourself: "What am I feeling right now?"
You will find that what lies beneath is not love, but fear. I’m afraid they will have health problems. I’m afraid she’ll take the wrong path. I’m afraid they won't be okay.
The frequency of fear is low. The signal it sends to the universe is: "I don’t believe you can handle your own affairs. I think you are weak and need my protection." This is not love. Love is trust; it is a blessing. It is letting go and allowing the other person to experience life. When you emit frequencies of fear, the other person doesn't receive love; they receive pressure. Their subconscious will sense your lack of trust. Consequently, they either rebel, retreat, or actually become the very thing you fear.
This is the law of the universe: What you focus on amplifies. What you worry about is what you are energizing.
III. True Love is Returning Sovereignty
Everyone comes into this world with their own path to walk. The falls they take, you cannot take for them. The hardships they endure, you cannot endure for them. This isn't indifference; it's the way of nature.
You can lend a hand briefly, but you cannot walk for them. You can temporarily shelter them from the rain, but you cannot hold an umbrella for them forever. Their life lessons must be completed by themselves.
True love is returning the sovereignty of their life completely to them. Perform a ritual in your heart: Imagine countless energy lines woven from worry, control, and fear between you and that person. Now, with love and light, cut them one by one. Then say:
"I return the sovereignty of your life completely to you. I respect your soul's unique choices. I let go of all worries based on fear. From this moment on, I bless you only with love and trust."
These words are not spoken to them, but to the universe—and to yourself.
IV. Blessing is a Higher Dimension of Love
The opposite of worry is not indifference, but blessing. Worry focuses energy on the possibility of fear. Blessing focuses energy on the possibility of beauty. Both emit energy, but at completely different frequencies.
When you worry about their health, change your perspective: "I wish for them to have awareness of their own body and to make healthy choices."
When you're anxious about their job search: "I trust they will find the path best suited to them. I wish them great opportunities."
This isn’t self-comfort; it’s energy transformation. You elevate low-frequency fear to high-frequency trust. Blessings don’t bind anyone. They are like light—shining on the person without grasping, possessing, or clinging.
V. Be a Lighthouse
The highest form of love isn't being someone else's boat. A boat carries people across a river. You’ll be exhausted, and they will never learn to row on their own. Besides, you can only carry one person; you can’t manage everyone.
A lighthouse is different. The lighthouse simply stands there, shining its light. It doesn't chase after ships, nor does it steer them. But every passing ship sees that light. That light tells them: "The direction is here; you can reach your destination on your own."
When you withdraw the energy from worrying and invest it in yourself—becoming a peaceful, joyful, and loving person—you become a lighthouse. Living healthily is more powerful than saying "exercise more" a hundred times. Living abundantly gives them more confidence than worrying about their future. This is "teaching without words."
Worrying is not love; it’s a shadow of love. True love is trust. The moment you let go of your worries, you liberate not just others, but yourself.
A Note on Healing
Have you ever tried to tell yourself, "Time heals all wounds"? Trying to keep yourself busy so that the wounds will heal automatically? But the truth is, some losses are not a sudden downpour, but a lifelong dampness. Whether it’s the departure of a loved one, the end of a relationship, the farewell of a pet, or the loss of the passionate self you once were—these unfinished emotions deserve to be gently accepted and processed.
