We are all children at heart. Most of us believe in miracles and the fact that dreams can come true. Many of us also have certain rituals meant to hasten the fulfillment of our desires. It's just that miracles don't always happen.

However, why do some desires come true and others do not? Is it a miracle or a consequence of a well-planned plan? Here are some steps to take to make your dreams come true.

Do not overestimate the power of statements

You consider that the statements and the visualization in the smallest details are enough to fly in the Cosmos. But at the same time, you can't do 20 sit-ups without panting, but aren't you going to sign up for the gym? Have you faced such contradictions?

Visualizations, statements, and other psychological exercises are very useful and help to achieve the goals. But in this case, the keyword is "touch," which means you have to put in the effort.

Nothing will change if you look at the miracles lying on the couch. Even if you imagine your dream in 3D. Or even if you make a collage of your wishes.

It is very important to get out of bed and act. Only after you, for the most part, will you act, necessarily in parallel visualize or draw your dreams. Set your priorities correctly and you will succeed!

Take responsibility

At midnight you wrote your dream on paper, set fire to the note, threw the ashes in the champagne glass, and drank it, but the next day you forgot about that wish. Is this your case?

This happens when the person is not used to relying on his strength, to strive for his aspirations. He's probably lucky and it's all easy. Or others, for example, make their parents overly caring. Any of the above cases do not indicate a constructive approach.

Do you want your dream to come true? You need to be aware that everything is up to you. If you do something, the desire will be fulfilled, otherwise, you will not.

Work with self-respect

You have a burning dream, but you don't think it can come true. Is this your case?

It's not self-respect. Or you become too mature and no longer believe in miracles. Or you're probably tired because you've often been disappointed, fallen, and hit yourself badly…

You have probably had many unpleasant episodes in your life, but don't stop believing that you are worthy of the best!

Convince yourself that you need this

Let's just say you made a wish. But in the position you have, you don't have time for family. Or you dream of a car, but you panic when you go out on the streets of the city. Are you aware of the situation?

Will the fulfillment of this dream make you happier? What will he bring you? How deep will the satisfaction be? What useful lesson will you learn after the situation changes? Will you be able to help others more? Are you sure this is not a desire imposed by society or advertising? Look for answers to these questions and then you might make another wish.

Work with anxiety

Strange as it may seem, but often people themselves cannot afford to achieve their goals. It's a kind of self-sabotage. This is because the fulfillment of the dream comes hand in hand with other life changes.

But we are not always ready to change our usual way of life and unconsciously defend ourselves from change. How do you think this might be your case since the ones described above do not characterize you?

It is very difficult to identify self-sabotage because it does not stand on the surface. Usually, only an outsider can point to him - a psychologist who knows how the psyche's defense mechanisms work. If you suspect that in your case it could be self-sabotage, then we recommend that you consult a specialist.

We wish you all the best!
