Mother Teresa was born on August 26, 1910 in Skopje, which was then part of the Ottoman Empire and is now the capital of North Macedonia.

Mother Teresa's service to humanity spanned decades and impacted countless lives

Founding the Missionaries of Charity, in 1950, she established the Missionaries of Charity, a Catholic religious congregation dedicated to serving the "poorest of the poor" like,

• Homes for orphans and abandoned children

• Hospices for the dying

• Mobile clinics

• Soup kitchens

• Leper colonies

The Missionaries of Charity expanded its work beyond India, establishing branches in over 130 countries, offering similar services to those in need around the world.

Mother Teresa raised awareness about the plight of the poorest, advocating for their basic needs and human dignity. Through her tireless work and unwavering dedication, she became a global symbol of compassion, selflessness, and service to humanity.

By hearing the story of Mother Teresa we can learn about how one can be lived so selfless in this selfish world. Her aim to provide something to the poor, the needed people. Nothing stopped her from providing the love, care, and the things she can offer to everyone.

Who is Super hero?

In movies Super heroes are someone who has majestic super power and then saves people from the villain, protects from danger, help the needed and try his/her best to make the people lead their normal life.

In real life we haven’t seen anyone with majestic powers, wearing a superhero costume, flying or hanging around the city to save everyone.

But in reality anyone can be superheroes. Yes, you heard me right, anyone can be a superhero. Your super power is your heart and your actions.

Don’t confuse the superhero with some gymnastics performances or to handle every problems in the city by yourselves.

"Peace begins with a smile."

A person who could bring smile in the place of sorrow, a small help in the place of need, will be seen more than a superhero in the receiving persons point of view. In simple a person who can give what he can with all his heart will be seen as more than a superhero.

"Not all of us can do great things. But we can do small things with great love." – mother teresa

In our busy machinery lives we all have that one moment where we see someone needs help, in that place we all have a choice either to help that person or just leave that place, some of us don’t care about them and some of us just care in our heart and feel sorry for them but won’t try to help them because of the thoughts of ‘I am already late’ ‘No one is helping why should I’ ‘What can I do rather than feeling sad about that person’ etc. In third person’s point of view both are same kind of people. “Remember always action speaks louder than anything else”. There is no use to by feeling sad and doesn’t try to help others.

When we take a step aside from our busy machinery life to mankind heads up to help someone who needs help, I’m not sure will you feel like a hero or not but you can feel inner happiness, your heart feel light by seeing the happiness in the face of a person you’ve helped.

"We ourselves feel that what we are doing is just a drop in the ocean. But the ocean would be less because of that missing drop."

In today’s world we all have a busy life, dreams, goals to achieve all these we all have motivations, put hard work towards and makes all the effort it reach it. This isn’t wrong, everybody wants to live their dream life. But by focusing on our invisible goals we are missing our visible humanity is suffering and lacking of something. We can help someone if we think to do, for that we need a heart to think of it.

"If you can't feed a hundred people, then feed just one."

In the end I need to say that living for ourselves doesn’t differentiate human from other animals, working for others to get something is slave, helping others in expectation of something in return is trading or exchange, but helping to someone who realy needs help without expecting in return is humanity. In such case the women who thought me this is a olden golden dragon beside me.

"A life not lived for others is not a life." – mother teresa
