When it comes to detoxification, we hear various opinions - a health hazard for some, a whim for staunch supporters of ecology, or a radical way to lose weight. Detoxification is scary, intriguing, but it is also one of the only natural and safe ways to invigorate the body.

Even though we still have the same genetic structure of the body as our prehistoric ancestors, our diet has changed more over the last 60 years than in the previous 5 million, and most of the time we don't eat properly:

80% of our diet today is of industrial origin, ie modified, refined, distorted, and our body is not programmed to assimilate this type of food, because they do not correspond to the structure of the human body. Modern and industrial foods contain textures, dyes, preservatives, pesticides.

The air we breathe is also full of toxic agents. If we took the time to research the labels, we would find out how busy we are with E260, E270, E331.

Some of them were discreetly removed from the market because they were found to be carcinogenic after saturating our diet for 50 years. Today, we know that these products are toxic, some of which are classified as endocrine disruptors, those that disrupt our hormonal system.

The only way to eliminate them is to do detoxification once or twice a year and to eat foods as natural as possible, having as much as possible a sports activity that allows the more efficient elimination of toxins.

So what is detoxification?

It is complete detoxification of the body, supported by a millennial tradition of case studies and knowledge gained over time. Today, it is proposed in neuropathy and is back in fashion, after being left in the shadows for 50 years. Some organs are called "emunctors" (skin, lungs, liver, kidneys, intestines), ie they deal with the elimination of toxins from our body.

The problem is that due to modern food, these waste treatment centers have too much work to do and become saturated! Ideally, detoxification lasts 42 days, corresponding to the cycle of cell renewal of a large part of the body.

First, a mono-diet

To successfully start a detox, a mono diet is recommended during the first 3 days. The principle on which they are based is the consumption of a single food during this period (apples or grapes, for example) to clean the intestines. The mono-diet will have the effect of stimulating detoxification. However, do not start this treatment without being well informed or guided by someone.

Mono-diet is not mandatory, but it is more effective and saves time. It cannot be ignored and involves a set of rules that must be followed. It is recommended that the first mono-diet be monitored by a specialist. In case of individual pathology or side effects, the doctor's advice is indispensable.

Healthy eating and sports

It may seem trivial, but the recipe for good detoxification is individual. For this reason, she must always start with an accurate psycho-corporal balance, which will help to create a completely individual profile. This assessment allows the personalization of food menus and their adaptation to the needs and temperament of each person.

For example, if a person has repeated ENT conditions: otitis, angina, rhinitis, allergies, etc., it must be taken into account that one of the causes of these infections is in the intestines. Due to the modern diet (dairy, carbohydrates, flour, preservatives, textures, animal proteins, etc.), they can fill up until they become permeable to some pathogens and some bacteria normally contained in the intestinal flora.

The bacteria pass into the blood and most of the time, they migrate to the ENT organs, causing the appearance of these repeated diseases. In most cases, these problems stop or diminish after a single diet followed by a 42-day detoxification treatment. One of the most effective elements that accompany the detoxification treatment is sports, because it allows, among other things, the evacuation of toxins cleansed during detoxification.

Visible effects

From the first days of detoxification, we feel reborn: more energy, better sleep quality, less stress. Everything works better indoors and has visible effects on the outside: brighter skin, stronger hair and nails, and people who are overweight due to poor food hygiene can notice an impressive weight loss.
