when we get lost or stumble, we feel like everything is over and we have to leave this world and start a new journey. Many times we also feel like running away from everything, where no one will be but, just ourselves.
But can we convince ourselves at this point?
whether it is good to do so?
Can we control the mind? so There is no time left to do so, it's very important to keep our mind in control when we can't start over again. If our mind is under control stress sadness, depression, and many other negative things will not come into our life.

If you have control over your mind, you can get rid of all these things And you can have a pleasant experience of a beautiful life. As long as your heart is working, and you are breathing, your life has ups and downs. happiness and sadness are a part of life, it will be always like this.

Stress increases in our lives when we overthink it And all these things start dominating and controlling the mind. Everything from the past, every moment that hurts you is not outside, it is within you, from which you can go away.it is a game of your mind and intellect that you fall into.
you connect with the moment of happiness when you go for outings r stay with your partners.

Every person has this question of how to keep himself happy. How can I take control of the things which fill in mind with depression?
There are no negative things like depression tension is a game made by our minds. It is an untruth! just like an air that we cannot see but feel. there are two types of air, pure air, and impure air, we inhale the pure air but we prevent the impure air from entering by tying a handkerchief or cloth over the mouth. It's the same thing with depression. we need to prevent that negative thought from entering our minds. it will not happen by worrying too much about yourself and giving another person too much attention.

do not let people's words affect you. Look at what you have instead of what you don't have. if Someone left you, you didn't succeed in an exam, or not completed the work on time take a break and Star over again but don't overthink this. all these things are very small compared to your happiness.

If you have food to eat, a house to live in, and clothes to wear, you are much more fortunate than 70% of the people in this world. If you have enough money, you can travel to your favorite places, If you can take care of your diet, you are richer than many people in this world. If you can see this beautiful world, if you can hear, you are much luckier than those who cannot hear or see. Our life is not for complaining but for the thousands of things that make us happy. If someone is going, let them go. We need to remove negative things from our minds like we do remove garbage from the house.

Let me tell you a story, Once an elephant was feeding when a bee came and buzzed near his ear. But the elephant didn't pay attention to her so she came closer to the elephant and started buzzing near the ear again but still the elephant was busy eating. Then the bees entered his ear and started humming loudly. Still, it made no difference to the elephant when the bee came out and stood before his eyes. Even then the elephant was busy eating. Then the bee asked him, how can you be so calm and I can't be even a bit calm? I am making noise all day long and you are still calm even though I give you so much trouble. So Elephant said, that whenever I am doing any work, I concentrate my full attention on my work. And never think about what bothers me or creates problems.

just like that, we have many negative thoughts in our minds, but if we focus on our work without paying attention to them, it will not affect us. if you keep something in your mind, it will keep bothering you. You just have to focus on the work and the people that make you happy.

You have a lot of work to do but time is short and if you spend the same time crying then the time will fly away. Take a piece of paper and write down the things you want to achieve on it and keep working on it. You will surely enjoy it.
