Celine Dion, Jennifer Hudson, Justin Bieber, and more artists have left off the Rolling Stone 200 greatest singers list.

The obvious suspects, such as Aretha Franklin, Whitney Houston, and Mariah Carey, are all readily available. One prominent name was omitted from the list, and her supporters aren't thrilled about it.

Celine Dion didn't make the cut, the magazine claims. With five Grammy awards and seven albums that have sold at least 10 million copies worldwide, Dion is one of the most talented vocalists.

Powerhouses like Celine Dion, Pink, Justin Bieber, Jennifer Hudson, Janet Jackson, Tony Bennett, Madonna, Nat King Cole, Dionne Warwick, and others aren't included on the list this time.

According to Rolling Stone, the criteria for the new list were "originality, influence, the depth of an artist's repertoire, and the breadth of their musical legacy." It "encompasses 100 years of pop music as a continuous global discourse."

Here are the top 10 songs of 2022, in order: "Break My Soul," a song by Beyoncé. 'Anti-Hero,' a song by Taylor Swift.

"They managed to get THE @MichaelJackson down at EIGHTY-SIX? and NOTHING from @CelineDion?!" Tweeted the actress Yvette Nicole Brown. "Shoot, if Celine Dion isn't in the Top Ten at the very LEAST, what are we really doing? The way MJ sung "With a Child's Heart" when he was a CHILD makes him top three at the very least. @RollingStone, you're the devil."

What's up with Celine Dion not being on the Rolling Stone list, a Twitter user questioned.

Another user said, "I'm sorry, but Jennifer Hudson is a better singer than 95% of those on that #RollingStone list. "Her influence is profound. The EGOT winner's achievements to television, theatre, music, and film are indisputable."

John Legend and Rita Moreno, two more EGOT winners, were left off the list in addition to Hudson.

Even though they made the list, Jazmine Sullivan, Christina Aguilera, Carrie Underwood, Kelly Clarkson, and Michael Jackson didn't crack the Top 100.

Lead singers who had singing bandmates who were not included were among the other snubs. Stevie Nicks succeeded without Fleetwood Mac, Jungkook was removed from BTS, Beyoncé was left without the other Destiny's Child members, Diana Ross was ranked without the Supremes, Ozzy Osbourne was included without Black Sabbath, and Mick Jagger was included without the Rolling Stones.

With Aretha Franklin, Whitney Houston, and Sam Cooke taking the top three slots, soul and R&B dominated Rolling Stone's list in the Top 10.
