In the tender embrace of love, I found myself immersed in a whirlwind romance that swept me off my feet and carried me to heights I never thought possible. His name was Alex, and from the moment our eyes met, I knew there was something special between us.

As our love blossomed, so did our bond, growing stronger with each passing day. We shared dreams, aspirations, and whispered promises of a future filled with happiness and prosperity. What i knew "Love is real" Nobody could tell me otherwise. Together, we faced life's challenges head-on, buoyed by the unwavering belief that love could conquer all. He had nothing but I was the understanding girlfriend. I mean he did not take me on dates like other girls but I was contented, after all what I wanted was his unwavering love he had for me.

With Alex by my side, I felt invincible. His words of encouragement fueled my spirit, giving me the strength to persevere even in the face of adversity. He just knew what to say to me every time I was mad. We sacrificed a lot of time to be together. To my perspective this love was everything i wished for. The peace, the caring part of him ,the compliments and hopes of life he used to give me were just enough. Together, we worked tirelessly to build a better life, fueled by our shared determination to defy the odds stacked against us.

Then, like a beacon of hope in the darkest of nights, luck smiled upon us, and Alex landed a lucrative job that promised to change our lives forever. Our lives had finally come to the peak we always wished for. With newfound success on the horizon, our dreams seemed within reach, and our future appeared brighter than ever before.

But as the winds of change swept through our lives, they brought with them a bitter truth that shattered the illusion of our perfect love story. With each passing day, Alex drifted further away, consumed by his newfound wealth and the allure of a life without struggles. I kept calling him and leaving messages only for him to tell me his busy and am disturbing him.

I watched helplessly as he turned his back on the promises we made, his once-loving gaze now cold and distant. He started seeing other women, their laughter echoing in the empty spaces that once echoed with our love. And then, with a callousness that cut deep into my soul, he ended our relationship, citing his desire for someone on his newfound level. Just like that . He ended what we had. Now I was not his type neither in his level. He had girls who were fancy and wore expensive designer clothes and whatsoever. This crushed my heart into pieces.

In the aftermath of his betrayal, I found myself drowning in a sea of heartache and despair. The pain of his rejection tore through me like a dagger, leaving behind scars that would never fully heal. How could love, so pure and true, crumble so easily beneath the weight of greed and superficiality?

As I picked up the shattered pieces of my heart, I vowed never to let love's cruel deception touch me again. For in a world where promises are broken and hearts are left in ruins, love seemed nothing more than a fleeting illusion, a cruel joke played by fate. I was left with the believe no one cares and men are heartless. When I struggled with him in poverty and endured every thing, he succeeds and other girls come to harvest what we worked hard for. Never again will I let myself be used.

And so, I stand here today, a survivor of love's bitter sting, hardened by the lessons learned in its wake. Though the wounds may still ache, I refuse to let them define me. For in the depths of sorrow, I find the strength to rise again, a testament to the resilience of the human spirit in the face of heartbreak.
