Piercing the Left Brain’s Narrative to Reclaim the Wisdom of Body, Spirit, and Source

Often, what you think is the heart

is actually just the left brain weaving stories for you.

I increasingly feel that

the true levels of life

are not as complex as they seem.

Fundamentally, there are only three layers:

the Mother, the Spirit, and the Body.

The Mother is the root of all things.

It is the Way of Heaven, the laws of nature,

the unseen structure behind all things and phenomena.

The Spirit is the direction of life.

It is your

weight, choices, frequency, vision, and state of being.

The Body is the projection of the Spirit in reality.

It is your

sensory perception, actions, metabolism, emotional reactions, and life outcomes.

As for what we usually call "mind" or "psychology,"

it is often not the essence of life.

It's more like a language system within the body that explains things after the fact.

Especially the left brain.

An event occurs,

the body reacts,

emotions arise,

a choice is made,

and the result follows.

Then the left brain slowly emerges

to provide a seemingly reasonable explanation for everything.

This is the most interesting—and also the most dangerous—aspect of humanity.

Many times, we don't know why we do something before we do it.

Instead, we do it, and then we start making excuses for ourselves.

  • You're clearly afraid, but you say you're just being cautious.

  • You're clearly unwilling to accept it, but you say you're just sentimental.

  • You're clearly jealous, but you say you're just worried about the other person.

  • You're clearly controlling, but you say you're doing it for their own good.

  • You're clearly running away, but you say you just need time.

  • You're clearly still unable to let go, but you say you've already moved on.

These words aren't necessarily intentional lies.

More often than not, we've deceived ourselves first.

Because humans desperately need a complete story.

Without a story, reality would be too fragmented.

Without a reason, pain would be too direct.

Without explanation, we wouldn't know how to face ourselves.

So the left brain helps you stitch up the cracks.

It

transforms chaos into rationality,

fear into choice,

desire into an ideal,

injury into fate,

persistence into deep affection,

and self-protection into clarity.

It's not entirely useless.

It does help people survive.

It prevents them from collapsing under every shock.

It allows them to piece together fragmented experiences into a bearable version.

But the problem is: The story that helps you survive may not necessarily free you.

So now, I don't quite believe

a person's "I feel."

I believe more in their body.

In their actions.

In their results.

In their repeated choices.

The body is more honest than words.

  • You say you don't care, but you keep waking up in the middle of the night.

  • You say you've let go, but seeing that person's name still makes your body tense.

  • You say you love this job, but you feel heavy every morning when you wake up.

  • You say you're calm, but just one word from someone and you immediately lose control.

  • You say you love someone, but your actions are full of anxiety, possessiveness, doubt, and control.

At this point,

don't rush to believe your own explanation.

Look back:

What is my body really saying?

What are my actions repeating?

What does my life's outcome truly show?

Am I falling into the same old cycle again?

True wisdom isn't about making the story more beautiful.

True wisdom is daring to see the truth behind the story.

Many people think that spiritual awakening is about constantly looking inward, constantly questioning their own hearts.

But the problem is,

the "heart" you question isn't always the soul.

It might just be the left brain's interpreter.

It will find reasons for you.

It will rationalize for you.

It will defend you.

It will beautify your old wounds.

It will package the things you don't want to face into a more palatable version.

Therefore, true awakening isn't about believing every single thought you have.

Many thoughts are simply about survival.

Many thoughts are merely defenses.

Many thoughts are simply past wounds

returning in a different language.

True awakening is

seeing through thoughts to see the deeper structure.

The question you should ask is not:

"What am I thinking now?"

The question you should ask is:

"Why do I always think this way?"

  • Does this thought make me freer or more trapped?

  • Does this explanation renew me or allow me to continue escaping?

  • Does this story lead me to a more authentic self, or does it cause me to keep protecting my old self?

If a thought only makes you more comfortable,

but doesn't make you more clear-headed,

it's likely just comfort.

If an explanation

only prevents you from changing,

from acknowledging the problem,

from facing reality,

it's not wisdom.

It's just a survival story.

Therefore, life isn't about "psychological stories."

Life is about three things.

First: Is the matrix aligned?

Are you following the natural order and the laws of reality?

Or are you living in your own fantasy?

Do you see the world changing?

Do you see relationships changing? Have you realized your methods are no longer effective?

If your understanding cannot face reality, no matter how eloquent your explanation, it's useless.

Second: Is your spirit clear-headed?

Do your choices stem from a true life direction?

Or from fear, people-pleasing, attachment, lack, and comparison?

Are you truly walking your own path,

or playing a role expected of you by others?

Are you truly creating yourself,

or repeating the past?

Third: Is your body honest?

Is your body chronically tense?

Is your sleep disrupted?

Are your emotions constantly out of control?

Is your life becoming increasingly powerful,

or increasingly draining?

Your body won't play along for long.

The mouth can lie;

the body remembers.

Language can be self-consistent,

but life's outcomes reveal everything.

This is why I say,

"Psychology" is often not the soul,

but rather the body's post-mortem interpretation layer.

It's not without value.

It has a soothing function.

It has a mending function.

It has the function of temporarily maintaining stability.

But you can't take it as absolute truth.

If a person always believes their own inner story,

they easily get trapped in their old destiny.

Because they will constantly find reasons for their fears,

reasons for their escapism,

reasons for their stubbornness,

reasons for their inability to change.

In the end,

they are not trapped by external circumstances.

They are trapped by the stories they have created.

A truly free person is not someone without emotions.

A truly free person knows that when emotions arise,

they shouldn't immediately take them as truth.

A truly mature person is not someone without thoughts.

A truly mature person knows that when a thought arises,

they should first examine its origin.

  • Does it come from a clear mind, or from the defense of old wounds?

  • Does it bring me closer to life, or further away from reality?

  • Does it empower me to act, or simply allow me to continue wallowing in self-pity?

This is calibration.

This is renewal.

This is moving from inner stories to a clear mind.

So don't be too quick to believe every word that comes to mind.

Sometimes, it's not your soul speaking.

It's just your left brain

finding a better excuse for your old life.

What you truly need to believe isn't those pretty words.

What you need to believe is:

  • the honesty of your body,

  • the results of your actions,

  • the direction of your life,

  • the feedback from reality,

  • and whether you are becoming more clear-headed, more stable, and freer time and time again.

Life isn't about explanation.

Life is about creation.

When you're no longer bound by your own story,

you'll truly see:

the Mother is functioning,

the Spirit is choosing,

the Body is responding.

And what you need to do isn't defend your old self.

What you need to do is

realign, renew, and become that more authentic, freer version of yourself once again.
