Beginnings

Chapter 1

I didn't come to Earth like most people do. Most people don't even remember how they came to Earth, much less why. I chose my life, I chose my parents and took an active part in designing my life. However, my story doesn't begin there., OUR story begins at the beginning....

Souls transcend the physical realm. In fact, souls predate the Universe, which is but one verse. Uni-verse = one verse.

Collectively, we created another dimension in our own existence, much in the same manner as humanity creating the internet.

Today, I recall this moment. The moment of coming into being is felt by every soul and is impregnated into every particle in the fabric of the Universe.

The Earth was null and void, without substance, like the dream-world. Our interactions in this dreamworld were limited and came a moment in our collective evolution where we all felt, individually and communally, an overwhelming need for more precise interaction and more sensation, among other things.

These needs became evident and omnipresent, ever-growing... until it became the main focus of our existence, like a dark cloud looming over all of us, a constant reminder that we were incomplete.

Fulfilling the need became our primary need.

This new collective need grew intense and over-bearing and was an increasing drain on our energy, our essence and became our prime source of concern and anticipation, as we eventually realised that 1) there was no going back to any before and 2) we were heading for an eventuality.

We had absolutely no notion of what or where we were headed for, only that we were losing ourselves in this momentum.

As much as we knew we were headed for... something, we didn’t expect what happened... we simply, collectively... exploded... or imploded, I’m not sure.

Whether we simply, collectively, burst into discovery of a preexisting realm or into creating a whole new state of existence on our own, it was a new beginning for all of us.

For starters, we discovered chaos, a concept we had never imagined, much less anticipated and were even less prepared for.

Second, we were no longer a collective, I was an individual. I found myself alone, in emptiness, with a vague sensation that there were others, spread out far and wide. Not many, maybe two or three others, for now.

There was a thin, ethereal thread that linked me to one or two others. I didn’t know it then but I eventually came to understand why it is I could sense them.

Linking with others led to sharing realities and perspectives... and possibilities.
It was a time of exploration...

I don’t recall the first time I encountered the core of common consciousness, nor do I remember experiencing or witnessing it forming but I do know what it grew to become. While some were exploring, others were, apparently, linking up.

The core of common consciousness is the sum of our collective and shared awareness, where each additional soul grows the whole.

What it looks like, from anywhere around it, is a gigantic, erratic, morphing, polygonal orb, whose points and peaks are the sum of total awareness in those particular directions.

Each soul joining the core of consciousness, makes it grow in size, especially in areas the soul excels at, making relevant mountain peaks grow, so to speak.

What I see is a giant ever-morphing dark grey, matterless rock, except for...
Around the morphing polygon, instead of peaks of awareness, one can sometimes see a coloured thread stringing out towards infinity.

Those are souls who discovered a key to existence. They understand a facet of existence no-one else does and to unimaginable depths(or heights or… extent).

Souls in the common core share realities and reality, is the simplest way I could describe it. How that translates and unravels, differs for every one, as it does for people living their lives on Earth...
