This is not healthy and to avoid this situation, you should learn to be independent before you enter into a relationship.

I agree with that but at the same time, some people can’t maintain this balance. They get themselves involved in a relationship and they don’t get any time for themselves. This ruins their life as they can’t concentrate on their work and they also fail to fulfil their responsibilities towards themselves.
