5 Hygienes

Mental

The most important of the hygienes is the mind. “All is Mental.” An old philosophy that still permeates our reality today. A kept mind is a garden that bears much fruit. In this garden one can have many different things to sustain other facets of being.

We are here to have a human experience yet also to realize our highest selves. That entails opening the mind to full expression. Also meaning health is wealth. Mental hygiene is the beginning of a well lived life. In our communities today it’s important we make a conscious effort to take care of our minds.

The soil.

Physical

It goes without saying the importance of this. Our physical keeping is the direct reflection of our minds health. To be kept in a standing of strength and good posture we must be able to see ourselves clearly in mind, then in body. This is the yang to the yin that is the mind. The active force behind every thought is the body.

The “NTR” as the ancients called it. The temple that we each wage war over everyday. A principle must be kept by the body to maintain its understanding. Rather that be peace or beauty or pain or healing. This will become the foundation of the body and it’s operation.

The root.

Emotional

The most tiresome of work will be the keeping of the flowers of the garden. Delicate and intricate each are unique in their own way. The emotions that heal can also poison if poorly treated. No greater sin is there for the garden to turn on its gardener for poorly attending to its needs. A once beautiful garden can easily turn desolate. A once healing flower can easily become poisonous by the actions or inactions of the one who rules the space.

Your emotional hygiene is the first place to water as it is the frequency at which you vibe. It’s your silent voice. The one that people hear when you walk past without speaking or when you sit still and just be. This is your hallowed and sacred ground. Keep it defended at all times.

The Bloom.

Spiritual & Sol

Your sustenance the why, how, when, where, who, and will. This is your fruit. Of life and death is this. By your doing and your deeds will you bear fruit in your garden. In the season of harvest you will garner that which you’ve put out into the world. What you reap will sow in the seeds that become the fruit. This is also what you share with others from the words. The potency behind what you say will be made true by the current in the words.

These are your waves, shakes, claps, wisps, and bursts. Your elements of creation. Revealing to you what you’ve made & how it’s coming to form. A power is attained by this rather dark or light acceptance of what has been made is necessary to maintain a relationship with the divine forge & refinery.

The fruit.

Environmental

Last but not least the environment. As a gardener you will either add to or take from your environment. Neither is good or bad so long as you maintain a balanced exchange. To keep your garden alive and well the community must be better off by your involvement in it. Meaning that what you bore as an gardener of self is important to the health of the ground you walk atop.

Taking care of yourself is first and foremost, yet never forget what is also providing the space for your growth and be sure to give back all sustenance by productivity. Ensuring your protection as an defense should threat be prevalent. Your defender will be the environment you create and the world you dwell in. Choose wisely.

The Tree.
