What would you do as a zombie?
Life would be a lot less stressful if I were a zombie. After all, I don't have to eat, drink or buy a house. If I should be lucky enough to retain any sense at all, it would be a blessing.
Ghost Train
Slowly my eyelids fluttered, waking up to glimpses of metallic benches, bulletproof plastic windows with graffiti drawings on it. As I slowly sit up, I had pain in my head as if someone knocked me out blind, and my ribs were bruised too. As I looked around to see if anyone was on the train , it was empty. I began to search my pockets to see if I could find any clues , I found nothing but lint and gum wrappers. I looked out the window; and it seemed like the train was not slowing down, it was at least speeding 70 -80mph. While I am trying to find help, walking to the next cart, I enter and I see 17 people aboard on the train. I yell for help, but no one responded as if they were deaf. I walk towards this man who was wearing a black tuxedo, Caucasian, dark brown hair, blue eyes age range was like 35 years old. I asked the man, what is going on here? The man did not respond, CAN ANYONE HERE ME?! Still no response: no one speaks, they seemed possessed. I walked to the next cart but it led to the back of the train. Their was nothing but midst of strong wind and the appearance showed as color traces.

The security officer had not walked by doing his walkaround and there was no sign of the janitor who had worked here far longer than anyone else could remember. Sam was steadfast they swore to themselves that things were not as they seemed. Sam looked around for any sign of sentient life in the office complex glancing out the office windows as she walked by. Only unlit darkness filled the outside space as they walked past the many windows of their office. Sam was determined to find the cause of their paranoia they looked through the rooms in the office even going so far as to look down at the main entrance for a security officer or receptionist. For a second, they even contemplated leaving but remained resolute that the hour was not ended. Going to Sadie's Flea Market in Dothan, Alabama was a treat. It was 40 minutes from our home in Bonifay Florida. Usually if we went anywhere it was Panama City Beach, to sit on a pier while our father selfishly fished. He would always refuse to let us go down with our mother to play in the water. I still don't know why. So of course we were excited when we found out we were going somewhere else.

Julia NjordPublished 2 years ago in HorrorThe Deal At The Crossroads
I’m at that point in life, were you just ask “How did my life end up like this?”, but sadly I know. I know exactly how I made my fortune, how I got so damn good at the guitar and made a name for myself. I made a deal. This wasn’t an ordinary deal though, no this was something special. I went down to the crossroads. I placed objects of great value in a box and buried it; in the center. And I waited. I waited, till the air grew cold around me, and behind me. Stood a man, a man wearing a black suit, with a black tie, and a black shirt. He came from nowhere, no sound was made, nothing was there. I remember his voice so clearly, so coarse and dry like he had swallowed fire and smoke leaving his throat scared and burnt.
