The forest of the damned
Im not going to tell you how i got here. Frankly, i dont remember. I remember my name, John Cramer. I remember my age, date of birth, but i cant recall how i ended up in this unknown forest filled with underbrush and dead foliage. I can tell you its dark, almost too dark to see. I can hear for miles it seems. i leaned my back against a thick tree. the ground was slightly damp from rain water settling on the foliage, making sure to move silently.

Body Snatchers
A lot of people had died in this house. It was part of its charm. Countless horrible, gruesome stories blanketed Valeswyn House‘s history in a marred and hungry darkness. It was a soul pit down which many lives had tumbled to feed the House’s insatiable needs, and yet always more souls would swagger up its drive like sheep to slaughter - hungering for their own desires; to chase Death, to cheat it, to dance on the precipice and hope for a glimpse or breath of the afterlife - but what I witnessed of my friend’s undoing was a fate far worse than death.

My Salem Tarot Reading 2019
In the spirit of everything spooky I thought it would be fun to share my tarot card reading experience in Salem, Massachusetts. Last Halloween my family and I took a trip to Salem to enjoy the festivities. I decided beforehand that I was going to get a reading so I did some research and read reviews on the area shops prior to my trip. Personally I have a lot of knowledge about the tarot and have read cards for years but there is nothing like having another person doing the reading for you. Ultimately after scouting out the various merchants my intuition led me to a place called Fatima’s Psychic Studio.

Archie's Candy
Daddy pulled into the driveway. Archie turned from the window and sat in the middle of the couch as he did every day. He adjusted his thick glasses that were held around his head with a black elastic band and placed his hands on his legs. He grinned. He was so happy to see Daddy.

An Absent Love, An Angry Spouse, And A Murder
Just eight miles north of Decatur, Nebraska, lays a hill overlooking the Missouri River (located on an Omaha Indian Reservation). There lays a pile of dirt approximately 45 feet high which marks the burial site of several Omaha Chiefs, including Chief Blackbird. The Chief was buried in the year 1800 and in a way of sitting upright on his horse. The hill itself is said to be haunted but not by Chief Blackbird himself, but a young lady who was murdered.
