The corona epidemic also started in leap year!

December 2019.

An outbreak of an unknown virus suddenly occurred in the Chinese city of Wuhan.

Medical scientists and researchers became eager to know the true identity of this new type of influenza.

Panic started to spread after the news of the death of people affected by this virus.

But the people of the world felt the real picture when the whole world was cut off from Wuhan city.

Year 2020

The year is a leap year.

The new year begins with the fear of a new virus.

And that year, the corona virus spread all over the world.

The world has become stagnant and helpless to this virus.

The World Health Organization declared the disease a global pandemic on 11 March 2020.

Millions of people die from this virus in every country.

Indian Ocean Tsunami

2004 was a leap-year year.

This year the world witnessed one of the most devastating natural disasters - the Indian Ocean earthquake and tsunami.

It is the third largest earthquake recorded on seismographs.

The earthquake lasted 8.3 to 10 minutes, the longest duration earthquake ever.

And after the earthquake, the tsunami takes several hours to reach the coast

Most people did not realize the danger and the impending danger.

As a result, the number of casualties also increased.

Catastrophic earthquakes and tsunamis spread across the coasts of several countries

fell and killed hundreds of thousands of people.

Many communities were wiped out.

Martin Luther King

Martin Luther King has done the most to establish equal rights for black people.

He was a leader of the American Civil Rights Movement from the mid-1950s until his death.

His world famous speech was 'I have a dream'.

He is also the youngest black Nobel laureate.

On April 4, 1968, civil rights activist Martin Luther King was brutally assassinated in Memphis, Tennessee.

On that day, Luther King was shot and killed by a young white extremist named James Earl Ray while standing on the balcony of room 306 of a motel in Tennessee.

This killing shook the nation at that time.

This year was also a leap year.

A terrible fire broke out on Boili Road

On February 29, around 10 pm, the news of a fire in a building called Green Cozy Cottage on Bailey Road in the capital spread.

The building housed food and clothing stores.

After the fire started, it quickly spread throughout the building.

The fire started at the bottom of the building and later spread to the top.

Many people were trapped in the upper floors of the building due to the fire on the ground floor.

People jump from above to save lives.

Many could not even try to go down the stairs.

The entire staircase became like a 'furnace' due to the presence of gas cylinders on the staircase.

John Lennon

The popular band of the seventies 'Beatles'.

Its co-founder was John Lennon.

He was once asked in an interview, 'How do you think you will die?'

Lennon replied, 'I'll probably get shot by some madman!'

That's what happened.

Vidhi seems to have already told him about his future.

On December 8, 1980, Lennon was shot dead by a madman named Mark David Chapman.

Strangely enough, that year was also another leap-year year.
