Some people believe that human development is cyclical, and different civilizations exist on Earth at different times. Whether prehistoric civilization truly existed has also been debated by various scientists. According to legend, in prehistoric times without written records, the Earth was not yet seven continents, and the distribution of Earth's plates was not as it is now. At that time, there was already a highly civilized continental race on Earth, which was destroyed after a major flood and sank into the bottomless ocean, and this continent was called Lemuria.

In today's technologically advanced world, humans have not yet fully explored all the secrets of the Earth. Nearly 72% of the Earth's surface is covered by the ocean, and oceanographers also believe that with human current capabilities, only a very small part of the ocean can be explored. What exactly exists at the bottom of that super stressed ocean is not yet clear to humans. Some scholars believe that if these lost civilizations had indeed appeared on Earth, they could have hidden deep in the ocean. The Lemuria continent, which existed 800000 years ago, may also be hidden there.

It is said that the Lemurians established developed kingdoms and cities in ancient times, possessing their own language, script, and even developing science and technology that could rival modern humans. Even in some legends, the founders of the Lemurian civilization came from extraterrestrial sources. They came from deep within the universe to establish a civilization on Earth and were able to communicate with extraterrestrial civilizations. Some even pointed out that the Lemurians inherited the technological level of extraterrestrial civilizations to possess such superb technology. If they could find this lost civilization, modern technology would also take it to the next level.

But due to a crustal change 800000 years ago, a massive tsunami swept across the world and destroyed the Lemuria continent, directly submerged under the seabed, leaving only an empty ocean - approximately below the Indian Ocean. Does such a magical continent really exist? According to scientists' deep analysis of the Indian Ocean, there is indeed a continuous sea mountain beneath the ocean floor, but no large plains have been discovered, because if the Lemurian civilization had created cities, plains would have existed.

Furthermore, no matter when the Lemurian civilization sank, it was only a short period of time for Earth. A few hundred thousand years would not have caused a major geological change. If this continent had indeed existed, the remaining traces would have been relatively easy to discover. And with the current level of technology, even if humans cannot directly go there, such as deep in the ocean, we can use thermal maps or other instruments to determine the image of the strait and analyze what is actually in this invisible deep sea. Unfortunately, no trace of Lemuria has been found with any instrument.

Originally, according to the literature searched, it was found that this continent was first recorded in a paper by a zoologist who found fossils of a lemur ancestor in both India and Madagascar. Therefore, he assumed that Madagascar was once linked to India by an unknown continent and named it Lemuria. Later, the theory of plate drift was accepted by everyone, and it was also known that India and Madagascar were indeed part of the same continent before, which shattered the prophecy of a lost civilization.
