    Great list! I've been fascinated by ancient civilizations ever since I took AP World History in high school. Probably the most fascinating to me is Mohenjo-Daro because of the mystery surrounding what happened to the civilization. To have such an advanced way of life and then to have the whole population just disappear without a trace is fascinating.
