Review: 'Fantastic Beasts The Crimes of Grindelwald'
Spoilers! Okay I’ll start off by saying I did enjoy the movie but it has its list of problems or well in my opinion it did, I just found the film overall awkward, convoluted, and convenient, this actually doesn’t apply to Dumbledore and Grindelwald I really enjoyed their performance and story.

'Home for the Holidays'—A Movie Review
While sitting around a holiday table with all your relatives do you ever wonder, who are these people and where did they come from? That’s what Holly Hunter wonders throughout Home for the Holidays. Home for the Holidays is a 1995 film directed by Jodie Foster. The story is based on Thanksgiving. Claudia (Holly Hunter) has an insane Thanksgiving dinner reunion with her dysfunctional family. Through arguments, revealed secrets, and a turkey falling onto the tightly wound sister, Home for the Holidays is a hilarious story which gives viewers the pleasure of watching someone else’s crazy dinner.

Classic Movie Review 'Bonnie & Clyde'
Bonnie & Clyde, 1967, is a stunning movie of its moment. It’s chaotic and violent, a swirling cauldron of romanticized crime and Americana. The film is riddled with bullets and blood and guts and yet it’s not a horror movie. Bonnie & Clyde at once influenced the age of movies that came after it and doesn’t quite live up to the movement it presaged. For all of its reputation, Bonnie & Clyde is best remembered as the beginning of the American New Wave, the era of the superstar director and the end of the Hollywood Studio system.

'Planes, Trains, and Automobiles' - A Movie Review
Warning: Spoiler Alert For the past two years I have watched Planes, Trains, and Automobiles near Thanksgiving. For those who have not seen Planes, Trains and Automobiles it was a 1987 film directed by John Hughes, starring Steve Martin and the late John Candy. Neal Page (Steve Martin) is in a rush to get home for his Thanksgiving dinner. Unfortunately plane trips from New York to Chicago are canceled due to snow, the train breaks down, and his rental car is missing. With the help from stranger, Del Griffith (John Candy), audiences are in for a wild ride.

Reading Memorial High School Drama Club's 'Mamma Mia' Was Fantastic!
Last night I had a night out with my dancing queen gal pals and we attended Reading Memorial High School Drama Club’s, Mamma Mia. It has been four, very fast I’ll admit, years since I have graduated high school! It doesn’t feel long, but as one of the messages of the play reveals, years do fly by fast.

Review of 'Romeo and Juliette: the Opera'
The opera is one of my favorite pastimes to enjoy. I like going out dressing up and looking like I am a millionaire. This is one of the operas that you do not want to miss. Romeo and Juliette is also a good starting point for you if you have not enjoyed opera before. Everyone is familiar with the story of Romeo and Juliette, so it is easy to follow along. Shakespeare's famous play is transformed into an opera, and it is entirely a spectacle that you do not want to miss.

Thoughts on 'Warhammer 40k'
Disclaimer: I don't own the images. All rights go to their respective owners. In my first article I summarized the Warhammer 40k universe (in a simplified way). I will not repeat the summary here. Instead I will first give you a simplified background on the Word Bearers.

Anime Review: 'Black Clover'
Not long ago, I decided to dive head first into yet another anime series. Probably not the best idea considering that I was in the middle of multiple already at the time, but, after a little bit of convincing by my roommate, I decided that I would try watching it.

Applause for 'Lady Vengeance'
Lady Vengeance is one of my favourite films for its beautiful pacing and artistry mixed with a little bit of violence now and then. This film was a Christmas present for me. I saw an extensive review of the film in Neo Magazine about 11 years ago that made me really want to see the film. There was just one problem that made mum consider not buying it for me: I was 14, and the film was classified as an 18. I remember watching the film on YouTube before Christmas and really enjoying it. When I finally got to watch it on the full screen, it was brilliant. It made Christmas in the household a bit more lively.

Movie Review '55 Steps'
55 Steps is unquestionably a tearjerker—it just happens to be a high calibur tearjerker. This is a superb film that features a pair of lead performances that just work. Helena Bonham Carter and Hilary Swank are given all the room in the world to emote and overact and instead both actresses find near perfect tones for their performances that bridge a perfect gap between the broad strokes of drama and the authenticity of a based-on-a-true story movie.
