Everything Everywhere All At Once; Why I Loved It and You Should See It. A Review.
"Demanding franchise exploiters?" I anticipate you asking yourself. Yes, I mean how even when a franchise appears to end, it never truly dies. Think about MARVEL's Infinity Saga franchise and how it still lumbers forward, cannibalizing the remainder of beloved comics left to generate content from, despite its culmination film: "Endgame."

Movie Review: "A Haunting in Venice" (2023)
Written over the course of fifty years, more than thirty novels featuring this modern Sherlock Holmes have been released. A brilliant blend of golden age crime, the first novel The Mysterious Affair at Styles was published in 1920, only for the final novel to be sealed in a vault - Curtain was published in 1975, shortly before Agatha Christie herself died. A Haunting in Venice is loosely based on the fun and yet violent novel of the series Halloween Party and features though a different kind of story, similar characters with similar motives. A film which has some originality to suit it to the screen and ends up being more cinematic than it would have if it kept to the source material does well at making this possibly the best out of the three movies in the series so far.

Captain America: A mess in time
Marvel is known as the bigger enterprise with lack of good sequences for their movies and bad endings, and since their acquisition by Disney, the plot seems to be even worse and less accurate with the original idea. But, none of them was so confusing and weird as the Avengers: Endgame time traveling explanation. It was the biggest superhero battle of cinema, with a script so confusing and lost on its own idea, were the storytelling doesn’t even exist.

Movie Review: "Vivarium" (2019)
My brother more than often recommends me movies to watch, some of which I have already seen and some of which I have not. Then there are some where I read the marketing piece for the movie, the short synopsis they write to draw you in and then I think 'maybe it's better I try and put this one off for a while...' And I did, for a long while. I got to about a year when my brother texted me the link to watch it. I gave it a few more weeks and then I caved. I watched it. I do not know why I watched it and I thought I would enjoy it a lot more than I did. It felt predictable and the acting was a little bit off from time to time. The concept was very good, I just wish more money was put behind it to find maybe someone better than Imogen Poots to act in the lead role of the film.
