15 Minute Read Something Different A lot of my previous content has been purely marketing-related, but from time to time I like to express my other interest: film and/or television - I studied both Marketing & Screen Arts at university.
Perth MarketerPublished 4 years ago in GeeksThe aftermath of Wiley being rescued on 'General Hospital'
At some point on General Hospital, there will be a morning after. If fans and Port Charles residents can hold on during this storm, some things may fall into place. There are many storylines that need to be addressed, people who need to return to the canvas, and long-running situations that should be wrapped up. Nelle needs to be apprehended, locked up and the key should be thrown away. Julian's crimes need to come to light but if they do it might indicate the character will be written out of the show. Fans of William deVry do not want that but there is no way to figure out what the writers have in mind.

Tuesday on 'General Hospital' Julian Jerome slipped further and further into the darkness of the word he has created for himself. Now Mr. Jerome has a list of growing secrets that could lead to his being murdered. it's not clear what the writers are trying to do with this character, but William deVry is doing a bang-up job with the material he has been given.
Cheryl E PrestonPublished 4 years ago in GeeksA Filmmaker's Guide to: 20 Films of the 2000s
I grew up with 2000s film and most of these I remember seeing in the cinema as a teenager or young adult. The films of this era can only be explained as innovative. As we approach our own times, we see innovation take another step into the world of immersive cinema - things like 3-D, IMAX 3D and other sights that give me a headache are coming out now. Yes, from the 1990s we carry on our backs the fact that everyone is still trying to create the next great classic film because instead of being at the end of the millennia, we're at the start of a brand new one.
Annie KapurPublished 4 years ago in GeeksAn Anime Review of 'The Moment You Fell in Love'
The Moment You Fell in Love is a story that exists parallel to the events of I’ve Always Liked You. These are the events that revolve around the younger siblings of the two leads in the first film during the same basic stretch of time. There is also a show that further expands on the characters further, however that is something we are going to be talking about another time. Till then we are going to be talking about whether this was better, worse, or similar in quality to the first film. The film clocks in at the hour mark so it is a quick watch.

Marielle SabbagPublished 4 years ago in GeeksWomen on the Market in Westeros
Over the past several years, Western popular culture has seen an explosion in interest for the fantasy genre, erupting in 2011 when HBO premiered the television drama Game of Thrones. In the history of television, the popularity that Thrones has reached is unrivaled. The drama series and the books it is based on have both been praised for their intricate weaving of many plotlines, genres, and thematic specialties. As with any popular culture phenomena, Game of Thrones was privileged enough to have their own creative platform in which they can perform social critiques. While most of these criticisms are placed in a medieval and/or fantasy context, many lessons provided by Thrones are still relevant to its twenty-first century fan base.

Cheryl E PrestonPublished 4 years ago in GeeksBest Horror Movies Based on Real Life and True Crime Stories
In actuality, this might be better titled, best true crime horror movies that I can actually stomach. Not that the ones dissected aren’t deserving and universally acknowledged. But the horror movies listed afterwards are just too startlingly real for me and would inflict permanent damage to determine if they measure up.
