'General Hospital' spoilers for August 31-September 4

Soaps.com is revealing that the drama will continue on General Hospital next week and into the fall. On Monday, Sonny visits his dad, Carly rethinks her recent decision and Jax is feeling relieved about something. Willow will regret her actions, Neil and Alexis try to make a go of it and Sam is going to have some harsh words for Valentin. On Tuesday, Sonny plans a special day which probably is for Mike. Carly and Jax get a little closer as she confides in him rather than Sonny. Alexis will be heartbroken, Brook Lynn will reject her father's apology and Nina will come a little closer to the truth, possibly about her daughter.

On Wednesday, Olivia will be concerned about Dante, Lulu hopes she can help a friend based on her own experience and Robert says something shocking to Anna. Chase wants to come clean, most likely about lying regarding the affair with Sasha. On Thursday, Spinelli will have a plan of action, Anna will receive a disturbing phone call, Peter spends time with Maxi and Robert makes a promise to Olivia. On Friday, Curtis will be cautious, Anna will feel conflicted, Peter looks to Valentin, Finn offers support, and Spinelli's fears become a reality.

Soaps.com is also giving a preview of other storylines coming up this fall. Jasam fans will be happy that their favorite couple will be free to be together but there will be other obstacles in their way. Jason and Carly will be forced to step up as Sonny deals with his father's declining health. Carly will share a secret with Jax that will affect their relationships with Nina and Sonny. Could she possibly have seen the necklace Nelle was wearing around her neck? Would Carly decide to keep the truth from Nina and Sonny and tell only Jax?

There will finally be some heartache for the teens when Josslyn finally decides she has feelings for Cameron. It might just be too late as Cam and Trina are going to discover they feel the same about each other. When the truth comes out that Taggert is alive, Jordan could be in the doghouse with both Curtis and Trina. This could also push her husband closer to his ex and bring Jordan and Marcus into a romantic relationship. Now that Valentin is running ELQ it will cause tension with Ned and his wife and daughter. TJ and Brando will become friends and when the truth comes out about Molly this will surely cause some fireworks.

Robert will make a way for Olivia to visit Dante. She in turn will encourage DA Scorpio to attend Holly’s memorial service. This is only going to raise more questions about her alleged death. On this past Friday, Dante was told that his superiors want him to return to Port Charles and he will arrive just as Dustin is getting closer to Lulu. Julian will be trying to cover his tracks so he won't go down for Nelle's crimes. Britt is coming back to Port Charles so perhaps she can help. Franco and Elizabeth will separately come to the same conclusion, that someone else is pulling the strings in their situations with Nikolas and Ave.

Alexis and Neil will decide once and for all whether or not they have a future together and someone from the past will resurface to cause problems for Peter and Anna. This will also affect the relationship Ms. Devane has with Dr. Fin General Hospital employees fear for their jobs with Cyrus as chairman of the board and it will be confirmed that Brando has a relationship with Renault. Chase will believe he can now have a relationship with Willow but her heart may already belong to Michael. Peter will have concerns about his past affecting the child he will have with Maxi and he will seek help from Valentin.
