'The Bold and the Beautiful' spoilers for August 31-September 4

Soaps She Knows, at Soaps.com is projecting for next week on The Bold and the Beautiful there will be a lot of soul searching in the romance department. Members of the Forrester, Logan, and Spencer clans, and their associates will be trying to determine who their romantic partners should be. There will be disappointment and heartbreak and much of it will come from misunderstandings. There will also be a few new potential couples that develop as we head into fall, so love will be in the air. Here is what to look forward to during the week of August 31-September 4.

On Monday and Tuesday, viewers can expect to see the following. Dollar Bill will tell Brooke he is willing to be her knight in shining armor. Ridge is going to make a final decision regarding Brooke and Shauna. His ego and hatred for Bill will be stronger than his love for Brooke so he probably will choose Shauna for now. Should he come to his senses and realize he made a mistake, it might be too late, as Brooke may already be with her Stallion. Carter and Zoe will share their first kiss, but Zende returning to town in the fall could complicate things.

Shauna moves into the Forrester home and will try to be the best wife Ridge could ask for. She will also probably be thinking of Brooke's words that she can't change the fact that Ridge does not love her. Many viewers cannot believe that Shauna would settle for a loveless marriage, knowing that everyone has warned her that Ridge always goes back to his Logan. Shauna and Quinn both might end up single when Eric and Ridge find out what they have done. Brooke is suspicious and said on Friday that she was going to get to the bottom of what happened in Vegas.

On Wednesday, Steffy will be reflecting on the good times when she and Liam were together as she deals with the pain from her accident. Liam and Hope will be enjoying spending extra time with Kelly. On Thursday Thomas will push his sister to be honest with her feelings and Steffy will attack Hope for making a decision regarding Kelly. On Friday Steffy will find she has a friend in Dr. Finn who shows sympathy for the pain she is dealing with and Bill makes Liam open his eyes to the situation with Steffy and Hope.

The following are spoilers from Soap Opera Digest that will take place between now and the fall. Zende returns and may interfere with Zoe and Carter's new relationship. Zende was married to Nicole Avant, so it could be that they are separated or divorced. Other spoilers suggest that if Zende falls for Zoe then Carter might get back with Maya as she is supposed to turn up this fall as well. Carter will receive a promotion which is great news. He has basically been a lackey for the Forresters and deserves much better from them. A new unnamed character will show up and add some drama to this situation.

Dollar Bill will confess his love to Brooke as Eric and Katie bond over a situation on which they agree. Bill will also ponder that he also loves Katie and will have to decide which sister he wants to be with. If Bill chooses Brooke and the truth comes out about what Shauna did in Vegas, and Quinn's role in it, then it's possible that Eric and Katie might hook up. Liam will be in the middle as Hope expresses concerns for Kelly and Finn will have to help Steffy beat and addiction to painkillers.

Thomas will begin working with Hope again and this will lead to his examining his feelings for her. Viewers can only hold their breath as they wait to see if he begins acting crazy again. It's even possible that Hope could actually fall for him because you never know which way the writers are going to go with these storylines. It sounds like some exciting episodes are coming up this fall so make sure you tune in to see how it all plays out.
