Eric and Quin's private issues revealed

Those who enjoy The Bold and the Beautiful are good at reading between the lines. There is something going on between Quinn and Eric and some eagle-eyed viewers believe it is much deeper than what has been revealed. Eric reluctantly took his wife back after she caused problems for Ridge and Brooke and the couple have not been on screen much in recent months. This past week Quinn has been inserting herself in the life of Zoe and Carter, even giving Ms. Buckingham a drink mix that caused Paris to have to cut her evening short with Zende.

This lets viewers know that Quinn is still willing to meddle in the lives of others and has learned nothing from all the problems she has caused. On Friday Eric's wife admitted to Zoe that her husband no longer looks at her with love in his eyes. Soap.com says that next week Eric will confide in his son that he is having some issues with his marriage. A number of B&B fans are suspecting that something more is going on than simply Eric losing interest in his wife.

There are viewers who suspect that Eric might be suffering from erectile dysfunction and that his wife might eventually cheat on him. Last week Quinn made a big deal of telling Zoe about the nutritional drink that her husband enjoys and the side effects of a rumbling tummy. This may have been the first clue that the Forrester patriarch is trying to reclaim his youth. ED is a touchy subject so perhaps they are trying to ease into the subject matter.

There is no record of how old Eric Forrester is supposed to be but John McCook is 76. In real time many men at that age do indeed have problems in the bedroom. It's possible that the issues between the couple are simply that Eric no longer loves his wife as she suspects. if. however, this is true then why is he still with her. What made him take her back after she sabotaged Brooke and Ridge if he did not still care? Soaps.com suggests that Ridge might be stunned by what his father shares. Falling out of love with his wife is not a big deal, but being unable to perform in the bedroom is.

Quinn is much younger than her spouse and is a beautiful sexy woman. It makes sense that Eric desires to please her and his inability to function would be a reason he is no longer acting as if he cares. Spoilers said Ridge would be stunned but perhaps embarrassed would be a more appropriate word. What adult son wants to hear about his father's sex life? In her frustration, Quinn could hook up with a younger man and perhaps it might be Carter.

The Forrester COO does not seem as if he wants anything to do with his former fiancee and if he does not take Zoe back, and Quinn keeps spending time with him who knows what would happen? This is all speculation but consider the ramifications of a Carter/Quinn connection. Mr. Walton has been portrayed as a good guy, a Dudley Do Right. On Friday while talking to Quinn, he was not his usual neat self and looked pretty disheveled. Ridge's best friend, the man he and his father made COO of their family company, cheating with the boss's wife would be pretty juicy.

This is only speculation but it indeed looks as if the groundwork is being laid for both Quinn and Carter to be in more scenes. Viewers should not be surprised if they turn into something more. The secret that Eric tells Ridge will put all of this into perspective so stay tuned. It would be just like Brad Bell to write such a story that would keep viewers on the edge of their seats.
