Is Thomas a murderer?

Nia Sioux portrayed Emma Barber an employee of Forrester Creations on the CBS series The Bold and the Beautiful. The character died on June 21, 2019, in a car accident as Emma was heading to share the news that Steffy Forrester's adopted daughter Phoebe was the baby that Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) gave birth to and was told had died. Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson)was chasing Emma who went over a cliff after texting while driving.

Recently Xander Avant (Adain Bradley) returned to LA and told his doctor John Finnegan (Tanner Novlin) that Thomas murdered Emma. B&B fans know that Thomas had a brain tumor removed and it was responsible for his previous actions. He did, however, get out of his vehicle and stand at the top of the cliff looking menacingly down at Emma's crashed car.

Should there be justice for Emma?

Some B&B viewers assumed Dollar Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and Emma's uncle Justin Barber ( Aaron D Spears) would seek revenge on Thomas but Ms. Barber's death was swept under the rug and now Thomas seems to be a good guy. There is no one to validate Xander's claims that Thomas murdered Emma and now that he has turned his life around his fans don't want to see him in trouble.

One thing those who watch The Bold and the Beautiful do know is that Xander is back to stick it to Thomas and will be stunned that he is now dating Hope. Spoilers suggest Finn will believe what Xander is saying and that Steffy will defend her brother. Unless there is video footage, however, Thomas cannot be convicted or declared innocent.

He will be angry at Xander for turning up at this point in his life to disrupt all the progress he has made but will he be pulled back to the dark side? One thing to keep in mind is that the brain tumor was not an issue when Terrible Tom used the voice app to frame Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang).
