Women, sleeping naked is more than just a sexual thing. Yes, I know a lot of you women sleep naked anyway, but so many don’t; or think it is just a sexual or seduction technique. Truth is that sleeping naked is even a healthier choice, because it allows for unrestricted blood flow while you rest. In terms of a relationship or sensual side of it all, it is still an outstanding idea. So much more results from it than just the obvious sexual allure.

As a man, I can tell you that very few things in life compare to seeing your woman’s natural, smooth, nude body nestled in bed under the covers. It’s a promise of pressing your skin to hers and the unrestricted feeling of her breathing into you as you hold her. It is- of course- a matter of seduction, but more than that, it is the woman’s willingness to be exposed and truly open to us (men) that we are drawn to. It is not always a sexual invitation or even a “have to take her now” kind of response that women sleeping naked invokes in us.

Being able to kiss her bare shoulders as well as her neck as she lays there, is a gift in every way. It is a gift that we men truly appreciate and love. I know to a lot of women it may even sound silly, but for us men, when our woman sleeps naked and pressed against us it is almost as if she has whispered, “I’m yours and I want you to truly know me.” Maybe you read that and think that I am reading into it or maybe even that I am trying to make it sound like something deeper, just to get women to sleep naked. After all, I’m a man and men are pigs who only think about sex, right? Wrong. We have our deep emotions and our meaningful gestures and thoughts. We simply do not express them out loud the way women often do. The truth is, though I may be making men sound a little dumb; we may not even always realize the depth of each gesture, thought, movement, or word; but it still strikes deep within us just the same.

Romantic and Not Just Sexual

We men would rather our woman sleep naked under 5 tons of blankets (because she is always cold) and have us sweat buckets through out the night, than have her go to bed wearing her “I’m cold” night clothes as we hold her tight, hoping without success to feel her beneath the layers of cloth. The simple act, even if no sex is had that night, also lets us know that even though you may not be in the mood just now, you do still want us and that you still have that driven passion and desire to be as close to us as you can be.

See? Better health and a healthier relationship; with no adverse consequences. Why wouldn’t you sleep naked?

If you are a woman who has been looking at sleeping in the nude as being a sexual thing only, try it tonight. Even if you are single and live alone, give it a try and feel the free sensation that it can provide you. No restrictions and the feel of the sheets or blankets against your skin. If you do have a partner, there is nothing wrong with outright telling them that you want to sleep nude for the comfort, but you are not in the mood tonight. Of course, you can always have both; sleep nude and have some fun with your partner, if you are in the mood. If you are a man, explain to your woman that you enjoy her sleeping naked, even if she isn’t in the mood. Tell her that it is more than sexual to you and that it is just a nice and even romantic sensation. Communication is always the best thing to have in any relationship, so use it.
