  1. Helps prevent cavities:Cheese has very high amounts of calcium. Calcium is a key factor for having strong teeth. Cheese also has low amounts of lactose, believe it or not. Lactose can actually be harmful to teeth. Fun Fact: older cheese has less lactose in it then younger cheese.
  2. Cheese prevents cancer: Cheese has Conjugated Linoleic Acid and Sphingolipids in it, which is helpful in preventing cancer. Cheese also has Vitamin B which helps body function and helps fight disease.
  3. Strong Bones: Cheese contains Vitamin B and a lot of calcium which is good for bone structure. Eating cheese while pregnant or breastfeeding is good for the baby as it makes their little bones strong.
