Ingredients:

1 lb boneless chicken, cubed

1 cup plain yogurt

1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp red chili powder

1 tsp cumin powder

Salt, to taste

4 tbsp butter

1 onion, chopped

1 tsp garam masala powder

1 cup tomato puree

1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions:

Marinate the chicken in the yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt for at least 30 minutes.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until golden brown. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned on all sides.

Add the garam masala powder and tomato puree to the skillet. Mix well and let simmer for 15-20 minutes.
