In October, the male crab tastes better. In October, the male crab has a firm paste, especially the meat in the pincers, which is shredded and tastes fresh and sweet.

Step 1: Cut off the eight feet of the crab, including the two large pincers. The crab feet can be left until the end, because the meat will automatically separate from the crab shell after it cools, so it can be easily poked out, or even sucked out easily~.

Step 4: Pour some vinegar on the crab body with a small spoon, then eat the crab yolk or crab paste; break the crab body in half and tear it along the legs to remove the shredded crab meat.

Step 5 The right way to open the crab legs and pincers: use scissors to cut the crab legs into three sections, the last section of the crab leg tip can be used as a tool to top out the crab leg meat!

If you like spicy food, you can also make a spicy crab, the collision of spicy and tender, and wake up your tastebuds! Gently peel off the crab shell and take a bite of the soup with the meat, it's so satisfying and spicy.

To make the crab more flavorful, the crab is usually split in half and stir-fried in a pot with heavy spices such as chili and pepper to taste.
