Ingredients:

Gluten-free (or any favorite) bread 2 slices

Arugula 6 sprigs

Lightly salted salmon 4-5 slices

of flaxseed 1 teaspoon

Microgreen 1 tablespoon

For hummus:

Beetroot 1 pc. (small)

Boiled chickpeas 1 cup

Salt to taste

Olive oil 2 tablespoons

Lemon juice 1 tablespoon

1/2 cup water

Garlic 1 clove.

Instruction:

Soak the chickpeas for 12 hours and cook, and bake the beets at 392 F for about 50 minutes. Now prepare the beet hummus: to do this, mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.

For each slice of bread, we distribute one tablespoon of beet hummus, spread 3 sprigs of arugula and add salmon on top. Decorate the toast with flaxseeds and microgreens. I hope that you, too, will feel the difference by including microgreens in your diet.
