I often imagine putting tasty food onto my pallet!

I visit in my mind places of such sort, China! Where they take such pride in their cooking! How it is that they make something of plain taste, such as rice and utilize the wok to spin this into a dish of great flavoring of spices. First adding simple ingredients like soy sauce, a bit of red pepper, scrabbled eggs, green onions and oil maybe even butter. To take these ingredients to a wok, cooking with the pleasure of bringing these items to collate with one another to bring out the most elegant taste. The amount of pride in cooking fried rice begins with a simple story to tell and by the end with a meal well prepared in a wok with food put together, brings such a delight when finally placed on your pallet for the taste is not of simplicity at all. The bare creation of making a dish to be eventually tasted all around the world is by far essential. Now the next place which my mind visits is a well-known place in New York known for their pizza. Where they take the dough to knead and toss it up in the air to get the precise size so that the sauce which covers the dough which blankets the pizza as it sits raw.

Just as your mind is wandering how this will all come to be such a favorable dish! The excitement of taking a good amount of cheese to seize the favorable red sauce with toppings of your choice, such as Italian sausage or pepperoni and maybe mushrooms as it goes into the oven. Having all tasteful ingredients come together while the melting cheese imbeds the meat with the aroma wavering throughout the air. Then to see such a delicious pizza scroll out from the oven, just waters your mouth! Finally, being able to take that first bite into your slice, tasting how the cheese compliments the crust and the flavors of meat sink into the crust as you invite the different taste of meat, sauce and cheese for its taste which marvels at your anticipation for your next bite! Precisely, such an awesome and delightful way to satisfy your stomach! I am in my mind in Japan, where the table is placed with fresh tuna, white rice with seaweed wrap, along with avocados or cucumbers.

Now a hint of soy sauce, plus wasabi to the side to help entice the flavors of the fresh raw tuna being rolled together with white steamed rice and the seaweed wrap which helps sustain the flavors plus keeping the roll for the actual cut to a size to eventually be dipped into soy sauce which gives it a flavory jolt then to have the wasabi engage with the sushi roll to give the taste a kick of basically out of the norm. But altogether have an exotic but tasteful linger on your pallet. Namaste to the culture cuisine of India, for I am pleasantly being greeted with the multiples of aroma curry and chicken! Where they take the chicken cook it in it’s many of seasonings then cut certain peppers, while cut potatoes are simmered and cooked with oil, then the many different spices of curry with red peppers being cooked to have it folded into the chicken, then adding diced onions, making these ingredients all being cooked together eventually making sure that the meat is very tender and the spices are cooked to a degree where it’s aroma floods your breathing space intaking the great smell of a meal being cooked to it’s finest! The chicken subtly being cooked with the red pepper hissing its flavors being extracted to embrace the potatoes to give it the powerful essence of taste as you go in for your first bite. Mexico, the place on many cuisines great dishes to flood the world with its confidence of extravagantly making meals such as enchiladas. To take pride in how the creation of tortillas are elegantly cooked to its softness very lightly. The frying of boneless chicken in making sure meat gets mixed with it is seasoning to add the seductive flavors as each grain of season stimulates the chicken. Having the chicken cooked to its great tenderness! Then cooking it’s flavor sauce which could be green or red, then dipping the tortillas into the sauces to add hint of flavor the compounding the chicken adding and rolling into the tortilla also adding a good amount of cheese so when being baked, the cheese takes hold of chicken to secure it’s flavor, until finally it hits our pallets, For at that moment when you are actually taking into a bite of your enchilada the explosion of seasons of the chicken and the cheese being secured with the tortilla just altogether tastes heavenly. Finally, my mind visiting the Island of Samoa, Paradise! The south Pacific dish which is quite simple is fa’alifo fa’i (green banana’s cooked in coconut milk) The pride in gathering green bananas across the Samoan Islands, peeling away it is skin for preparation of boiling to cook but not overcooked! Grating fresh coconut to be used in to add into the bananas for the plainness to be brought to a delightful flavor as you go into have your bite. The tastefulness of such a plain vegetable such as the green banana being brought to its most flavor with coconut is quite appealing to your tastebuds. There many of favorite recipes from around the world which are very tasteful for all. I just wanted to highlight a few. In our world we live in has many of blessings in their recipes, but truly it is up to everyone to appreciate the delicacy in all food around our globe.
