The Miracle That is Deep Fried Oreos
It can be a hell of a job to come up with an idea for dinner tonight. Sometimes it is even more difficult to come up with something sweet for after dinner. But we all love to have a nice snack from time to time. Or maybe your friends are going to visit and you don’t know what to make. Well today we are going to help you decide.

India - A land of spices & a land of tasteful delights. Journeying back to memory lane, India's fascination with top-rated blends & premium-rated ethnic groceries goes back to many decades back. Interestingly, the country is revered for the same, nationally and internationally.

Instagram makes me hungry. No matter how much I try to unsee food in my feed, I can't escape the links to recipes or funky new trends. About a year ago I saw the liquid gold called Granola Butter, scrolling seductively beneath my fingertips. To this day, I continue to see the temptation and it's dressed in new flavors. Just as I say "No more! I have plenty," another new jar pops up in a sexy label. The latest flavor is cookie dough, which was preceded by date, gingerbread, pumpkin and blueberry. The limited nature urges me to stock up the moment they are released. I'm in survival mode the moment I see Kween launch an exotic and fleeting flavor.

I online shop as much as the next person and online window shop maybe a smide more. Mostly, it's for clothes, but recently I've used it to get stuff that I would normally get in a brick-and-mortar store but because of COVID-19 and all that jazz, I browse the web. When I saw this writing prompt, I looked around and the first thing I saw was my LED lights for my plants. Everyone loves indoor plants these days, all the cute little succulents and air plants that speckle any home, becoming the extra member of the family, the little green child. This wacky red and blue light is in use everyday and I thought to myself "YES, this is what I'll talk about!", but then I thought again. Because I have a recently-acquired item that tops that, in my opinion. It's something I never thought I'd have just because it never crossed my mind nor has it crossed my eye at a physical retailer. But it is something that I've enjoyed, that has made it's debut with my COVID social bubble, and that will continue to shine long after COVID is gone.
Hello Fresh!
I've never been one for buying things advertised to me on social media. Sure, I had seen many ads directed at me and my interests, but none of them got my attention.
Reviewing Imperia Caviar
Social media algorithms are interesting. Large amounts of combined personal data from numerous individuals is aggregated in order to target ads and other posts. Sometimes these algorithms are way off and sometimes they're spot on. It may feel like an intrusion into our lives, and to an extent it is, but at least the same time, it's almost like having a 24/7 concierge service that constantly provides recommendations.

As an avid zero-waster it pained me each week to reach for that carton of almond milk from the grocery store dairy aisle. It felt as if the naysayers of the community were peaking around corners tsk-tsk'ing at my waxed-cardboard carton of deliciousness. Of course that likely wasn't the case, but I felt like an imposter who openly shares my views of cutting back household waste and then (not even discretely) adding wasteful packaging to my very own grocery cart. BUT - smoothies... am I right? I couldn't just cut almond milk out of my life. It was my one Achilles' heel in the zero-waste world.

Dear Goldbelly, You’ve got to know I’ve gained nineteen pounds during COVID. You’ve got to know I’m stuck at home, self-isolating as I wait for that last Moderna shot to make me fully vaccinated. You’ve got to know I’m missing my hometown of Los Angeles so much, and that’s why you keep showing me ads with those adorable little Cakewiches from Cake Monkey on Beverly Boulevard, and the irresistible Burnt Ends BBQ kit from Ugly Drum. I respectfully request you quit toying with my deep-seated food cravings or else I’ll need to ask my nutritionist to send a cease and desist letter. Sincerely, Me

I know what you’re probably thinking right now, ‘What is a spurtle?’ I know. I thought that too before I purchased a full set of them from QVC last Christmas so allow me to explain this to you.

Let me give y'all the tea, sugar! It all started one evening when I came across a number of MUA's, nail technicians, hair stylists, real estate agents, boutique owners, and traders. "Sheesh! I see so many young, women, especially women of color getting to their bags!" I can't even tell you how many Black owned businesses I tapped into after witnessing quality brands and services! At one point in early 2020, I said to myself, "You know what? I want to sell something too. I want to love it though!"

Imagine a ball of mozzarella filled with cream and shredded pieces of mozzarella called "stracciatella." When you slice it open, the sweet cream and stracciatella slide out onto your plate, offering a cool, refreshing experience that's unlike any cheese you've ever tried before. The mozzarella is light, mildly sweet and bursting with rich, creamy flavor. It's a hedonistic experience that reminds you why fine cheese is a culinary delicacy.
