india is one of the world's most attractive countries, and multiple factors have increased its popularity among tourists. Its natural wonders, artificial marvels, national parks, theme parks. As a vast country with a deep-rooted sense of culture, a tight family bond, and a thousand years of history, India is a country that is known for so many things. Other country people want to visit India, but the problem is food we eat lots of spicy foods it is sometimes making other countries people sick so here list of the safest foods in India.

These foods are available in different districts of India. These types of foods applicable for kids to aged people. Yeah OfCourse it is feast for y0ur taste buds.

Daal :

Daal can be made with a variety of lentils, such as toor daal (split pigeon peas), masoor daal (red lentils), and chana daal (chickpeas). Traditionally, it’s eaten with rice, naan, or roti. It can be served with Indian vegetables and enjoyed as a soup. it is rich in fiber and proteins.

Idly:

Idli is a soft & fluffy steamed cake made with fermented rice & lentil batter.it is safest food for who health issues' is considered to be one of the lightest and healthiest dishes. It is made from rice and urad dal, and also black lentils in some variations. It is a rich source of protein, carbs, iron, and fibre. It is good for digestion due to the fermentation process in its making that easily breaks down vitamins and minerals. Despite it being low in calories and very light, it is a wholesome dish and keeps you full for an extended period.

Chapati:

Chapati is a traditional unleavened Indian flatbread made with just 3 ingredients whole wheat flour, ghee/oil & water. Optionally a little salt is added. As the chapati is loaded with iron it is good for the hemoglobin levels of our blood. When no oil or butter is added, chapatis are pretty low in their calories.

Masala okra:

The star ingredient is okra, which is called “bhindi” in Hindi.it is called as ladies' finger. Okra is high in dietary fiber, which is associated with better blood sugar control. In particular, eating high fiber foods is an important strategy for people who are managing diabetes.

Fish curry:

Prepared with tender fish, zesty spices, and creamy coconut milk. High in important nutrients, may lower one’s risk of heart attacks and strokes, A good dietary sources of vitamin D, May boost brain health.

Poha:

A popular Indian breakfast dish, poha is made of flattened, flaked rice that’s soaked in water and then tempered in onions and a medley of spices. When topped with peanuts and peas, it has a delightful texture.

Vegetable sabzi:

The Kadai Vegetable Sabzi Recipe is a quick and easy sabzi to make that has the goodness of a variety of vegetables adding color, taste and nutrition to your weeknight dinner. This recipe I have steamed the vegetables a little but before tossing them on the Kadaito make the sabzi. By doing this, we preserve nutrition and also helps in the faster cooking process.

Idiyappam:

Idiyappam is a culinary specialty throughout the Indian states of, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and in Sri Lanka. It is known by various names such as idiyappam, noolphuttu and ottu shavige. It is made from rice flour which is turned into the shape if noodles. It is traditional cooked using steam. It is rich in minerals,antiaxidents and fibres.
