Braised pork with potatoes

Materials:

Pork belly, potatoes, scallions, ginger slices, Sichuan pepper, aniseed, orange peel, meat, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, white sugar, chicken essence.

How to do it:

1, flying water: Rinse the soaked pork belly, put it in a cold water pot, add two pieces of ginger to boil together, remove and wash (it is best not to wash it in cold water), boil the meat with water skimming the floating foam for use.

2, stir-fry the sugar: heat the oil in a wok until it is 60% hot, add some white sugar (I used about 2 or 3 tablespoons), stir constantly over medium heat, until the sugar is completely melted and brown and slightly bubbling. Stir-fry the pork belly quickly until it is completely coated with sugar.

3, add the soup just after cooking meat (like more soup, put more soup, less soup), pour light soy sauce (I did not put salt, rely on the salty degree of soy sauce), under the spring onion, ginger slices, Sichuan pepper aniseed meat Kor grass fruit. Microwave braised pork

Materials:

Pork belly, spring onion, ginger, oil, sugar, dark soy sauce, Sichuan pepper, salt.

How to do it:

1. Wash the pork belly, blanch it in boiling water for 1 minute, remove and drain until cool.

2. Cut the pork belly into 1cm thick slices; Remove onion, wash and cut into sections. Peel and slice ginger.

3. Pour the shallot and ginger into the bowl, add 3 TBSP of oil and 2 TBSP of sugar, stir together, heat in the microwave for 3 minutes on high heat.

4. Pour the pork belly into a bowl, add 5 TBSP dark soy sauce, 1/2 TBSP Sichuan pepper, 1/2 TBSP salt and 1/2 bowl boiling water, stir well and marinate for 30 minutes.

5, cover with plastic wrap, put the pork belly in the microwave oven on high heat for 20 minutes, remove and serve.
