Chicken fillet snack rolls

A delicious dish for your holiday

Do you want to surprise your guests with a beautiful, tasty and satisfying snack? Try making snack rolls of chicken fillet with cheese filling. This dish is creative and unusual. I'm sure your guests will be delighted with it.

Step 1. First, let's prepare the meat tubes. Wash the chicken fillet and dry it with paper towels. Then cut it into thin long strips. The thinner the strip, the more convenient it will be to twist it for the tubes.

Step 2. Place the chopped fillet in a bowl, add two teaspoons of chicken seasoning, add 1/3 tablespoon of salt and pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Mix everything with your hands. Let the meat marinate for about 30 minutes. But if you don’t have time, you can cook right away.

Step 3. We wind the prepared pieces of meat onto metal cylinders. We try to lay the fillet strips overlapping each other so that there are no holes in the finished tubes. From 700 grams of fillet I got 10 tubes. If you don’t have such iron molds, you can make them from foil.

Step 4. Place the prepared tubes on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for approximately 25 minutes. Baking time depends on your oven and the thickness of the sliced ​​meat. There is no need to overdry the tubes.

Step 5. While the tubes are baking, prepare the filling. One boiled egg to three on a coarse grater. 50 grams of cheese, three on a fine grater. Chop a small bunch of green onions and parsley with a knife. You can use any greens. Take half a medium-sized tomato and cut it into cubes.

Place grated cheese, eggs, chopped tomato, herbs in a bowl and add a little salt. Add about one to two tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix everything.

Step 6. When the meat tubes are baked, leave them to cool for five minutes. Then we remove them from the metal cylinders and fill them with the prepared filling. To ensure that the meat piece is completely filled, the filling must be pushed inside the tube with the back of a teaspoon. We fill all the tubes in this way.

Step 7. Decorate the plate on which we will serve the appetizer with lettuce leaves. Place the prepared appetizer on the leaves in a heap and serve.

Filled meat tubes turn out very tasty, beautiful and satisfying. They are easy to prepare and look great on the holiday table. You can prepare a different filling for this snack according to your taste.

INGREDIENTS:

chicken fillet - 700 grams;

seasoning for chicken - 2 teaspoons;

vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon;

salt - 1/3 tablespoon.

Filling:

boiled egg - 1 piece;

cheese - 50 grams;

tomato - 1/2 fruit;

green onions - 2 pieces;

parsley - 2-3 sprigs;

mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons;

salt - to taste.

What other filling options are suitable for this dish? I can offer you several to choose from.

Mushroom filling. To prepare it, take 400 g of champignons, 1 onion and 1 sweet pepper. Cut each ingredient individually into cubes. Salt the mushrooms and fry in a frying pan until the liquid evaporates. Then pour a little vegetable oil into the frying pan and add the onion. Fry onions with mushrooms. When the onion turns golden, remove the pan from the heat. Let the mixture cool slightly and add the sweet pepper cubes to it. Stuff the chicken fillet tubes with the finished filling.

Carrot filling. Grate one medium-sized carrot on a fine grater. Grate 150 g of cheese on a coarse grater. Mix cheese and carrots, add 2 chopped garlic cloves and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, salt, ground pepper and paprika to taste. Mix everything and fill the chicken fillet tubes with the resulting mass.

Chicken liver filling. Cut one medium-sized onion into cubes and fry in a frying pan with the addition of a small amount of vegetable oil. Grate one medium carrot on a coarse grater, add it to the onion and fry until tender. Then add 300 grams of chicken liver to the vegetables in a frying pan and simmer under the lid. Pour the finished liver with vegetables into a bowl, add 50 grams of butter, 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg, salt and ground pepper to taste. Grind the mixture and beat with a blender. Let the filling cool and stuff the chicken fillet tubes.

With any of these fillings the tubes will be very tasty.
