humanity
Humanity begins at home.
Home is Where the Heart Is
In the bustling heart of a city, amid the cacophony of honking cars and hurried footsteps, a small, weathered building stood its ground. Its paint was worn, and its windows bore the marks of time, yet to those acquainted with it, this edifice held a significance beyond its physical appearance—it was a symbol of hope and compassion. This was Haven Homeless Shelter, a sanctuary where weary souls found respite and warmth amidst the chill of the streets.

For women
In the vibrant tapestry of life, there are individuals who shine with an extraordinary brilliance, leaving an indelible mark on those around them. As we commemorate International Women's Day in the auspicious Year of the Dragon 2024, I find myself drawn to reflect on the remarkable journey of Maria, a woman whose resilience, strength, and unwavering spirit have been a beacon of inspiration in my life.

Will I ever sleep again?
It's 10:42pm and I wake up angry after my kid wakes up, I go into his bedroom and try to calm him down. She was in a half-asleep state, screaming gibberish, and it was difficult to talk to her and calm her down. My 2 year old has never been a good sleeper so I'm used to it, but I only got 20 minutes of sleep myself, feeling dizzy and trying to wait patiently outside the door, peeking through the crack in the door until I saw her eyes closure. From the other side of the landing, I heard loud laughter coming from my teenage children’s bedroom. I rushed into her room and found her lying on the bed, staring at her phone. I scolded her that it was already very late and the curfew started at ten o'clock in the evening, and threatened to confiscate her mobile phone if she dared to make any noise. All I got in response was a blank stare, no answer, no apology, nothing. As I walked back to the landing, the toddler stirred again and I fought back tears. Why is raising children so difficult for me and why don’t they sleep? ! My teenage kids, like any other 14-year-old, are glued to their phones 24/7. I regret giving her TikTok, but peer pressure forced me to. My child decides whether he sleeps or not and nothing I do seems to affect his sleep schedule. Both of my kids are at extremely difficult developmental stages in their lives where they don't know who they are or what they want, so they take it out on me because I'm their safe place, but I often don't feel like a safe place when I can't control my emotions and I feel like I'm losing my mind trying to help them control their emotions. I have never had to practice mindfulness so often when they all yell at me and take deep breaths to no avail. The teen explained a complicated situation to her friend that didn't sound like a problem to me, but it was important to her. At her age, friendship is everything and a small quarrel can mean the end of the world. Meanwhile the toddler screams because first he wants toast, then bread, then toast, but wants it in the blue bowl, which needs to be washed, but then he doesn't want jam Or butter, even if he asked for it repeatedly. Then the teenager will blame you for not listening when the screaming continued! I guess when you become a mother, you never sleep well. You always get a little nervous when you listen to your phone squealing or beeping. Whether they were in the same room or separated, we were constantly worried about them, and my own mother confirmed this. I think the point of this article is that raising children is very difficult no matter how old they are. You think you've gotten through one difficult phase, only to face the next one filled with different challenges. I know I'm not alone and I try not to complain because I'm truly grateful and blessed to have my girls. That's me, sometimes I just need some rest and sleep!

"A Mother's Unflinching Soul: A Story of Win Over Misfortune"
In the embroidered artwork of life, certain strings stand apart as versatile, winding around stories of solidarity, fortitude, and immovable assurance. Today, I need to share a story near my heart, a story that typifies the unyielding soul of a lady who dealt with misfortune directly, arising as a signal of motivation for her youngsters and everybody sufficiently lucky to know her - my mom.

A Mother's Love: Navigating Adversity and Cultivating Hope
In the serene embrace of a village cradled amidst verdant rice fields, there resided a woman of remarkable fortitude named Djematin. Her name, simple yet evocative, belied the profound strength and resilience that coursed through her veins. A single mother, she poured her heart and soul into nurturing her three children: Yodik, Yustika, and Yogi. They were not just her offspring; they were the very essence of her existence, the driving force behind every choice she made.

7 signs to realize that you are in a healthy relationship
w individuals say that when you're in a solid relationship, everything fair comes simple. Others will say that's not precisely genuine — the leading long-term connections require a part of difficult work, commitment and assurance. Leave insecurities aside and discover how healthy your relationship is with these clues that the psychologist and couples therapist has for you. Loving relationships do not have to be perfect, but they do have to be healthy; Because “the healthier a relationship, the more sense of satisfaction, gratification, stability and well-being you will have in your life ,” according to psychologist and couples therapist Massiel Martel, who states that cultivating healthy relationships has a positive effect on your mental health. Therefore, here we explain how to realize that your relationship is going in the right direction. You can be yourself In a healthy relationship, there is no pressure to pretend or force yourself to be someone you are not.You have the ability to express yourself with complete confidence and freedom, to say what you feel and think without fear of being judged by your partner. According to the psychologist, you should not feel the need to fake something, but rather the relationship flows naturally between the two of you. There is a feeling of well-being In order for there to be that feeling of general well-being,positive situations or aspects must outweigh the negative ones. “To know that a relationship is good, we need an indicator of 5 against 1, of 5 positive situations against one that is not so positive or conflictive ,” reveals the therapist. Also, you should keep in mind that these situations must have the same level of magnitude to be able to compare them, since, for example, it will not be balanced if you only consider a big fight with some good times that you could have together. They have healthy boundaries Loving your partner doesn't mean giving your consent to everything. Extremes are harmful, so set boundaries that are not problematic and that you both feel comfortable with. It is the best way to have a healthy and respectful relationship. According to the specialist, these must be previously discussed and agreed upon so that both know and are clear about the most appropriate behaviors to maintain the relationship in harmony. Among the most common disagreements that can arise is maintaining contact or communication with ex-partners, a controversial topic to this day. According to the therapist, this also has a solution if limits and agreements are established that both feel comfortable with. They establish agreements In a healthy relationship, it is as important to ask as it is to give in, because both must have the ability to establish agreements and negotiations without this meaning that sacrifices must be made.. Well, according to the psychologist, it is not about easily accepting modifying something that the other does not like about you without taking your opinion into account, but rather about reaching a middle point in which both feel comfortable and sufficiently satisfied. They have confidence Trust is not synonymous with invasion of privacy as is commonly believed (wanting to know what the other person is doing, where and with whom they are at any time); but to know that regardless of the situation, they can turn to each other. According to the therapist, trust isbe sure that somehow everything will work out if you support each other. There is good communication In good communication, not only the things that are said matter, but also how they are said. According to the psychologist, in a healthy relationship you canspeak empathetically, assertively and respectfullywithout having to hurt yourself or hurt yourself. They work as a team “In a healthy relationship, it is not me or it is you: it is us,” is a phrase that must be assimilated and applied by both, without this meaning that either loses their value or identity as an individual or person, according to the therapist. . Therefore, working as a team means face problems or adversities and always look for solutions

Family is the world ❤️❤️
Today, Deepti was in a restless mood at the shop throughout the day. There was turmoil in the mind. While leaving the house in the morning, mother i.e. Deepti's mother-in-law had said in a low voice that she understood very well the meaning of her daughter coming home early in the evening and her coming home early. That's why she remained restless the whole day. Bela next to her also interrupted her two-three times, “What's the matter Deepti? Why are you looking so sad today?”

New Baby Love
What is love? Even before a child is born, a mother begins to have a connection with someone she really doesn't know. Love begins in her mind, her imaginations, her hopes, her dreams. She forms a picture of what love will look like, who love will look like, how love will act towards her.

Title: The Symphony of Seasons
In a world where the climate danced to its own tune, each day was a new verse in the ever-changing symphony of seasons. It was a world where the balance of nature teetered on a delicate scale, where the rhythm of the elements echoed the heartbeat of the planet itself.
