I like the fact that as a manager it gives me an overview of all the projects that my team is working, what's even better is that I can trickle down specifically what are the details of the project, who is the owner, what is the current status/update, and when is the due date. Teams can easily collaborate with each other as on the comments section members can tag each other.

Creating project boards is one of ClickUps strength as well as a user can freely choose how the board would like like through templates and customizations.

Integrations to Google Workspace works like a breeze as I get notifications for every updates on each projects.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

It can be initimidating at first as there's just a lot of functionalities to get familiriazed on but once you'll get a hang of it user will find it very useful.

What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tasks and projects previously are being listed on Google Spreadsheet - this is okay, however, it lacks the necessary features on notifications, and a bit cumbersome to see projects in table format.

What do you like best about ClickUp?

My favorite feature is the 'add to' function for tasks, which enables me to have a central location for all major projects. Within the project/Epic, subtasks can be assigned to the correct space/list to be worked on by whoever needs it. Having a top-down view of the location and status of each subtask is invaluable to keeping track of what is completed and incomplete. Adding custom fields where ever I need them is also fantastic.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

I have difficulty getting my sprint settings to copy to the newest sprints, so I manually set the new Sprint up. A lot of time could be saved if the settings/automations were able to be updated and copied more easily. Notifications are also an issue for all new hires; I need to get them to change their settings early so they don't get 100 emails per day. I wish I could set those on the admin level when their account is created.

What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

ClickUp allows me to manage projects incredibly easily, ensuring progress is being made, and people are getting their assigned work. It's a great way to stay up-to-date and report results.

What do you like best about ClickUp?

Clickup is a great project management tool which helps our organisation in managing all the projects under one software starting from the Kickoff meetings till completion of the project with the real time deadlines tracking & reports.

Also, it enables us to collaborate with different team members at one place.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

As it eases our daily tasks hence there's no such disadvantages I encountered so far. Just a suggestion if they start providing subtask reports it will be great addon.

What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

Clickup helps us from beginning of the project till its closure in the mentioned ways

1. Enables us to see how to start the project post completion of the Kickoff meeting

2. Post this it helps in initating the project with the client where deadlines can be defined

3. All the important communication with clients will be documented over Clickup so that project can be tracked

4. Lastly, it enables us to see the entire project status with the help of KPIS & reports.
