Tanner, Deborah Ruth Paroled in December of 2020 she committed a Simple Assault against me while I was returning from a construction site and tried to get the police officers to force me to give her money that was used for someone else to eat. A report was filed and they had no concern about her assaulting getting a DV victim trying to make enough money to have a place to sleep because the Savannah PD was abusing one of their own and threatening to put her in jail for Savannah Police Department's response- To send out three officers, Paige, Quinn and an unknown black female officer who wouldn't even look up Deborah Tanner in their Database. They took a report but that was about all. Didn't even bother to arrest her. A thank you goes to Richmond County Deputy Jason Saal and Burke County Sheriff Officer Eric McCants for trying to help the best they could through Facebook and LinkedIn.

If they would have asked- She was smoking marijuana, drinking alcohol and terrorizing a juvenile probation officer while having a relationship with another of Chatham County not so finest Courtney Sheppard aka Little who was threatening her sister who had custody of her three daughters, an open dependency case in the Juvenile Court in front of Thomas Cole who didn't even issue a material witness subpoena for the officer he always treated as a peer. Don't think I didn't try to do something about that but that would take Juvenile Court Judge Thomas Cole actually returning an email from the probation officer who called and left a message for him in December 2020 telling him she had been raped.

Having worked in probation I can tell you she should not have been using drugs, drinking, or having a relationship with another felon. Welcome to Georgia. A quick call to her Parole officer and that is one less thing I am going to worry about. Hopefully they will handle it better than the Savannah PD did. The Department of Community Supervision, Ofr. Bell and Harris were more helpful than any police officer in this state, she actually made a phone call.

With a rap sheet like this you would think he would be in jail. He should be on charges of Threats and Intimidation but having made a reporting them not even acknowledge it while I was subject to threats of "I am going to stalk you all over the South" I am going to have my girlfriend kick your teeth in until you are in the hospital and hours upon hours of being yelled at while he was contacting his prison buddies on their tablets trying to tell people I was his girlfriend. No I was trying to find a safe place from the Salvation Army in Savannah refusing to help me get another hard copy of my driver's license, the women verbally attacking me every night and calling me racist, stealing my underwear, and being forced to walk the streets of Savannah in search of employment, only to have their staff terrorize me but that is a different article altogether.

(b)(1) A person commits the offense of a terroristic threat when he or she threatens to: A) Commit any crime of violence; (2) Such terroristic threat shall be made: (A) With the purpose of terrorizing another;

(d)(1) A person convicted of the offense of a terroristic threat shall be punished as a misdemeanor;  provided, however, that if the threat suggested the death of the threatened individual, the person convicted shall be guilty of a felony and shall be punished by a fine of not more than $1,000.00, imprisonment for not less than one nor more than five years, or both.

Anyone who can read a O.C. G.A. code could also charge him with assault and battery.

So let me know if anyone wants to put a sex offender back in prison where he belongs, I would be more than willing to testify.

Joni Cason - The elusive convict with a parole warrant in Marietta and Deborah Tanner's other buddy. Forced to share a motel room with her for months, a drunk nurse, Tracy and Cliff who was making statements like "At least I didn't impregnate you (You have to be kidding me, my exes were police officers, Assistant District Attorneys and the Chief Public Defender in Columbus - I was not going to be banging him anymore than I was banging a sex offender. )

She is wanted out of Marietta on a Parole Violation. Unsupervised she was smoking marijuana, drinking alcohol and going to South Carolina. I would email her judge but I can't remember his name. Staff Zone records would prove she was out of state and she was literally smoking weed everywhere in Savannah. You would think Det. Villegas with the Garden City PD would have answered my email about it, or Brandon Bell with CSU in Ringgold. They were emailed.

Once again..do you want criminals avoiding justice and terrorizing the public or do you want someone who can put them in jail. Let me know.

A Gangster Disciple who was using a DV shelter as her HQ for a criminal enterprise funded by the The Shelter itself in gas cards and Walmart gift cards she was buying stuff with and returning for cash.. while splitting the profits with another resident with felony charges- that they helped get a place to live, who was threatening me physically on two occasions- without them notifying law enforcement, out on bond nonetheless but they will dump a college educated former law enforcement officer in the street in 19 degree weather, a place the Sheriff of Lawerenceburg donates money to according to the staff. Anyone else think there is an issue here. 6 months ago I applied to work for the TN Bureau of Investigations, several years before I applied to be a juvenile probation officer in TN as well as for the FBI. However, it is okay to dump me in the cold without even a trip to get food, where my abuser has now started the threatening phone calls again.
