The Adventures of New York City and the Red Angel Avengers

"The blueprint for the total takeover of New York City begins deep within the rich history of the late 1980s." Mr. Osborn, the owner of Green Tangerine Industries, meets with Mr. Montana, the head of the Colombian Cartel, for a private venture that began in Yonkers, New York. Behind closed doors, a man dressed in a tailored suit and wearing a white mask enters the meeting to deliver personal detailed papers to the corrupt business personnel. The man in the white mask has the ability to change his face at will. Chameleon is his code name. This shape shifter, with his skill as an expert master of disguise, is the man responsible for the infiltration and assassination of Little Jacob's nephew on Mr. Montana's orders."

From afar, the web-shooter could hear footsteps and see a helmet-wearing man doing professional parkour on the city's rooftops as they continued their conversation about the city's state of emergency. Performing quick jumps and flips through Hell's Kitchen's rooftops, it appeared that a purplish-clad mercenary had been sent by undercover cops to find Toni Cipriani, dead or alive. The purplish-clad mercenary had vanished for a moment over the city rooftops, perhaps waiting for the perfect moment to strike. The goggle-wearing web-shooter had seen the mercenary in range as he lined up his bow and arrow for the head shot. Toni's impending moment of despair was averted by the web-shooter, who was able to grab the mobster quickly enough to get him out of the kill shot's range.

Before the web-shooting vigilante and the street-racing mobster could finish their conversation and flee further danger, another mercenary jumped from inside an LCPD helicopter onto the roof, just as the helicopter's spot light had focused on the two men. This mercenary was captivating. A dark redhead woman dressed in a suit with a long tail attached to the back. The web-shooting vigilante deciphered the tail's tip using his enhanced goggles. The goggle readings revealed that the mercenary's tail was equipped with some type of poisonous acid gas.

This gas has the potential to melt even the strongest CIA building walls. Without hesitation, the mercenary leapt into action, using her suit to strike with the intent of killing and executing both men on the rooftop. With the purplish-clad mercenary scoping out the scene from a few nearby rooftops, he reacted instinctively, and he took his shot with focus. The bouncing and punishing explosion that shattered glass and brick was heard all throughout New York's boroughs, as was the purplish mercenary's arrow. Instead, the mercenary with the tail is knocked off the building. Toni Cipriani, the mobster, and the web-shooting vigilante escaped. Their current location is unknown.

But one thing is certain. The purple arrow shooter is now wanted by all sides of New York's underworld. Toni Ciprani felt different roaming the streets of Liberty City now that he was in hiding. Toni Cipriani was looking for a strong-armed brotherhood after his own Ma put a hit on the up-and-coming mobster's head and fled from the LCPD. The purplish arrow mercenary and the yellow goggled web-shooter vigilante met Toni Cipriani in private one night. The three men discussed Green Tangerine Industries and how its products impacted the city.

More importantly, how a Rastafarian and a Siberian named Niko Belic played a significant role in the distractions. The discussion became more conscious as time went on. Plans had to be put in place. The mobster received a new ID and one The Lost MC jacket as a result of his strategic discussion. Toni Cipriani's immunity from his previous crimes came at a cost, and with this new reputation, he could earn some extra cash.

As long as he delivered on The Lost MC's cause and the topics discussed by the three vigilantes. Toni Cipriani's reputation in the underground racing circuit provided the mobster with some social advantages. Toni Cipriani, who now has complete control of the biker gang and racing circuits, has amassed the necessary staff to fight off any hit-men sent by Ma or the New York police. Toni Cipriani, a new Lost MC member, eventually took out the tanker ship owners and cut off the Chinese, Irish mob, Forellis, and corrupt cops' supply of drugs. Toni Cipriani even had a chance to retaliate against some child molesters who were rumored to be kidnapping and abusing children of all ages.

Darker times roamed freely through the burrows of New York, with new breeds of criminals evolving from The Green Tangerine Industries advance serums. Toni Cipriani felt obligated to put an end to any scum in Yonkers or Hell's Kitchen.
